GoogleHello. I would adivse you to stay away from this agency. Me and my family have been renting a house from them for the past 10y. We were good tenants, no issues whatsoever and always forthcoming when it came to the scheduled house check-ups. We have decided to move, while leaving the house in a decent shape (no damage to the house) and the agency decided to keep 1/2 of the deposit for themselves. I am dissapointed! Decency seems to exist in this agency only if you keep paying them. It seems that you have "the right" to pay them rent, but not to get the deposit back. Think twice before you end up in the same situation as me and my family did. Have a great day.

We have attempted to contact you by telephone and email on several occasions to discuss the process and the content of your 1 star review, unfortunately the telephone number we have for you is no longer in service and our emails remain unreturned. As we highlighted to you previously, your security deposit was registered and protected in a government approved scheme for the duration of your tenancy. Your deposit certificate and prescribed information was provided to you at the commencement of your tenancy. If a Tenant doesn't agree with the deductions proposed by the Landlord then you have the option to use the deposit dispute process. This process is simple, fair and very straightforward, but for some reason you chose not to raise your dispute with an independent adjudicator? We hope that this clarifies the matter and we also hope that you will reconsider the comments in your review and possibly redraft something that more fairly reflects the good relationship that we had for 10 years?
