GoogleBuying or selling your house can be a difficult process, both physically and mentally. Your Move in Kettering reduced that difficulty considerably. I can definitely recommend Darryl in helping you through the moving process. He is very professional; he constantly keeps in contact with the progress of both solicitors, organised the environmental rating and arranges access for any checks needed on the property. As well as contacting me weekly on progress, he also kept me updated with important updates. As well as his professional approach, he is very approachable and friendly, which was very important for me as I was selling on behalf of my mum from 160 miles away. Thanks for helping us to sell my mum's house quickly and efficiently.

GoogleMet with Floyd on Saturday to view a property he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the property + surrounding area was very pleasant as some letting agents can be quite heavy handed at the viewing stage but Floyd wasn’t overall he’s a good agent who provides an excellent experience when viewing a property!
