The service from Your Move lettings department has been excellent. The team have been managing our property for the last few years and they have always provided an outstanding quality of customer care. Karen and the rest of the team have always responded to emails promptly as well regular phone calls to ensure any queries are dealt with quickly and effectively. Due to a bereavement I had 2 properties to sell over the last 2 years and Jonathan and Johnny at Your Move Duston have been so very helpful and understanding of the situation. We do not live locally and they have been very helpful with everything including suggesting local services that we needed. The process of selling both houses ran very smoothly and they were most helpful and I am grateful for their assistance with everything - thank you Jonathan and Johnny.

Fantastic experience, Johnny was able to find me a property that fit all my needs. He managed to get me in to the property before anyone else had seen it, at very short notice, and out of hours. He really went above and beyond to get me the best home possible. Would happily recommend to anyone.

After living for 27 years in my wonderful home me and my husband decided we wanted to start a new chapter. We chose Your Move Kingsthorpe and from the first meeting with Steph the branch manager we knew we had made the right choice! Her pictures of our home were fabulous and made us want to buy it!!! Harry looked after the sale and also showed us some potential new homes to buy, always listening to our needs and requirements, making suggestions appropriate to what we were looking for and was always at the end of the phone to reassure me when I had a wobble (there were quite a few). The beauty of Your Move when you sell a house is you get the whole team, it's a collaborative effort across the whole company so would just like to mention Gemma and Sam Throw for their work on my sale and purchase. Last but not least the absolute diamond Jess Roberts who worked tirelessly to get the whole chain across the finish line, relentlessly chasing solicitors, estate agents, and people up and down the chain to get everyone in their new homes. Imo there is no other estate agent, I will continue to recommend Your Move to everyone and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we decide to move in the future! Jess, Harry Sam, Steph and Gemma thankyou so much for seeing my dream through with me you are all absolute superstars! ⭐️

I liked this team from the start. Stephanie was professional and honest when valuing my house, she promised to market it well and did exactly that! Harry then worked hard both to sell my home and help me find a home I loved. They are friendly and efficient and I felt they had really listened to me. I was sold within weeks. Your move provided a good service from viewing the property arriving with paperwork to support information on local properties comparing their valuation, posting the property online through to the sale and completion. The property was sold and completed in 12 weeks. I'm sure it would have been sooner if it wasn't for Christmas holidays.
