GoogleI just wanted to say a big thank you to Michael Dainty, I originally called about another flat that was under offer, Michael took my details and requirements down and a couple of days later he called me about another flat, we viewed it and my offer was accepted, Michael has kept in touch the whole time and has gone out of his way to helping me get onto the property ladder as a first time buyer, once again thank you for your help I really do appreciate it.

GoogleMichael Dainty from the Kettering branch of Your Move came to value and photograph my property. The photos and video he took captured everything perfectly. He listened to everything I told him and listed all the extra features in his write-up. I have every confidence that he will be able to sell my house now, as he's marketed it perfectly. Many thanks to him and his team.

GoogleMiranda and her team have displayed the utmost professionalism and whilst supporting our house sale. They truly went above and beyond. At the time of selling, our house was rented out, and our long-term tenants had a change of situation that made it tricky for them to find somewhere else. The team at Your Move worked tirelessly to ensure our tenants found somewhere suitable for them, in a difficult market, thus ensuring the property was vacant long before exchange. Their communication with us and others in the chain ensured a smooth transaction. In short, they did everything they could and were amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Agent replied · 20 June 2024
Richard, Thank you so much for taking the time to write these lovely words about your experience. We take all feedback seriously, but it is so gratifying to receive praise like this. We will pass on your kind words to Miranda and the team.
