GoogleMy husband and I cannot recommend Your Move Kettering enough! The entire team are absolute professionals and experts in their field! Darryl was the first person we encountered from their office and assisted us with 2 viewings as well as a valuation on what was our current residence at the time, to understand the rental yield we could potentially obtain. He was personable, informative and genuinely interested in us as people. Michael then assisted us with listing our property to rent, creating a fantastic video and photos for the advert and answering all of our questions along the way. There is nothing he does not know about renting properties and alongside Darren, put us at ease about the entire process. We have then been incredibly well looked after since successfully buying our new house and renting our old one out. Property manager Peter Day ensures that nothing is a problem and liaises effectively and efficiently with tenants to ensure everything is kept up to date and thorough inspections (if required) are carried out. The inspection report we received was amazing and further put us at ease that we had the best letting agents we could ask for! Thank you Maddie for your continued help and support alongside Peter. The whole team chip in and work together which is fantastic to see. The branch manager Joe and Operations manager Jessica have been on hand throughout to help and support us also. We have never been told any one person could not help us as it was not within their remit or that someone else was dealing with it and they’d pass the message on. Thank you also to Siobhan and Karen for your help and support throughout also! We had some minor delays from the seller of our new house but entrusted the team to advocate for us. Jessica, Michael, Darryl, Joe, Siobhan and Karen all worked together at various stages to progress the sale and we felt well represented to the seller - clearly demonstrating their professionalism in dealing with buyers and sellers alike! Your Move Kettering are a team of absolute professionals and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase, sell, rent or rent out a property! Absolute professionals! Thank you all so much for starting us on our property journey!

GoogleThis is the best Estate agents one can ever find, honest, helpful and what not. They help you not like a consumer but like a family member. Special thanks to Michael Dainty he helped me which was unbelievable, he was in contact with me out of the hours to help me, responded quickly and when I wanted a house to rent in very short time he found one property that was exactly what I requested for and within my budget infact in a very reasonable price. I can't recommend them more than anything and Michael Dainty is a gem of a person. I am looking forward for all my future property related matters to be discussed with Michael Dainty and their agency. Thankyou

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant team which we used to buy our house but would 100% use to sell our next property too. From the 1st viewing (Branch Manager arranging it out of office hours) to the weekly updates, going way above and beyond in the communications between all parties and then feeling like they're emotionally invested too - having real empathy and great personality to get the move over the line. Michael, Joe and especially Georgia run a brilliant team and we strongly recommend anyone to use them for both buying and selling.
Thank you so much, Conor, for your review. We really value your opinion and are delighted to learn you received excellent service and that your expectations were met. GoogleWhile I chose to purchase a property from another estate agents, I had to leave a review on how amazing the support I had from Darryl was. He was very friendly and professional throughout, answering all questions I had and worked in a person centred way which made me feel looked after and in good hands. Darryl's advice and support has been massively appreciated and useful during my house hunting. For me it was a matter of what was available on the market - if this was not the case I certainly would have loved to continue looking with Darryl as he helped me feel like a valued customer and not just another number.
Callum, Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so glad to hear that your experience was positive, and we really appreciate your feedback. Darryl was over the moon to receive this review and we wish you all the best for the future.
