GoogleWe would like to give a big thank you to everyone at your move duston. Having previously had our home up with another agent and not selling after 12 weeks we moved to this team. From day 1 they were excellent..keeping us updated with all fewings and then achieving 2 offers within 10 days. The after team sales could not have been more helpful..chasing solicitors from all sides and fully explaining any delays. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleThis was our first experience with Your Move Estate Agents (Duston Branch) and it was a fantastic one. We enquired on a rental property very late one evening, and we were contacted promptly the next day to arrange a viewing for a couple of days later. Following a very successful viewing with Charlie who showed us around the property and confidently answered any queries or questions we had, we were delighted to be contacted shortly afterwards to let us know the viewing had been successful and the property was ours if we still wanted it, which we snapped up straight away. The communication since has been punctual and fantastic, all our further questions have been answered quickly and in detail, and we feel very well looked after in preparation for moving in a few weeks time, allowing us to just feel excited rather than stressed. Thankyou Your Move and Charlie (estate agent) for all your help, it is a pleasure doing business with you!

Firstly, communication, Jess and Georgia have been fantastic throughout the whole process of keeping us updated and getting all elements moving. Ladies, it’s been a pleasure and you’ve been phenomenal, attentive and a joy to speak with…don’t go changing. The team in general have worked assiduously to meet the deadline set. Also, helping answer all questions and being realistic. In general, we wanted to thank you all for our move to happen. Great team and you’re all an asset to the property and real estate industry in Northampton (We know where to come IF we decide to do this again).

Johnny and Harry in particular have made our experience much better - they are personable and very knowledgeable, leaving us feeling supported and reassured at all times. We were able to view a property within 24 hours of making an initial enquiry, and since then, they have been consistently attentive and prompt in answering any queries while working to find the most appropriate/beneficial agreement for both us and the landlord. GoogleDespite obtaining a prospective property from another estate agent, I am so grateful to Mr Ben Treloar for his help in the house search. Ben is very professional, kind, patient and very generous with his advice from his expertise regarding the house searching/buying process. He handled me with a lot of grace and humility for which I am very grateful for. For example, one Friday evening when I first had a viewing with him, I was late as I struggled to get to the address of the house. However, Ben patiently waited for me till I got there. Even though I was not successful in making an offer for the property, Ben kept in touch to help me find other favourable properties. Despite rejecting some of the houses he shared as they had not fitted my criteria, Ben did not give up on helping to find me something that I was looking for. Even when I told him that I had found a prospective property with another estate agent, Ben handled this rather not ideal news to him in my view, with calmness, professionalism and grace, and even went a step further to answer some of my questions. I have no hesitations of recommending Ben to anyone looking for a property, basing on my experience with him. He is a top notch professional in his field with excellent customer care skills for which I am grateful for.
