GoogleStarted well enough but as soon as we signed the contract we found their service and communication poor, we had to do all the chasing for updates. We finally had an offer accepted on our property but the chain collapsed after 6 months and this was mainly due to poor communication by this agent. AvoidNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you for your feedback Ben, we are sorry to hear that you felt our service was unsatisfactory on this occasion. We understand and share your frustration and disappointment that the chain fell through but as you will appreciate with any chain, issues can arise which cannot be foreseen and are out of our control and sometimes peoples situations change during the transaction which again is outside of our control. We take on board your comments and wish you well with your future plans.
