Five star service from your move Kettering, a special thanks to Michael Dainty, very friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for this guy 👍🏼. Not forgetting the lovely Jessica Roberts, wow she knows her job, more information was coming from Jessica than the solicitor, thanks for all your help on the purchase 😊🔑PositiveProfessionalism

We couldn't have had a better experience. We sold with in three weeks. Jess was proactive, friendly and went above and beyond what was expected, ensuring our move went smoothly. Some hiccups along the way that caused frustration were dealt with in an efficient manner and not the fault of the estate agents. When needed we were called several times a day to ensure we remained updated at all times. Go Jess, #thisgirlcan Thanks from Paul and Debs Wheatley

We first met the very polite and professional Ethan, when I went to see the first flat we viewed! It was a good flat just not for me and my partner. Ethan then went out of his way to remember us and what we wanted and when something came up, we were the first people he called! We LOVED the flat and now we’re moving in this week! Such a quick and easy process with very very helpful agents! Thank you Ethan, you gave us our first home!

My husband and I dealt with Darryl when interested in a property listed with him. He was helpful, professional, amiable and reliable; calling when he said he would. If we ever list another property, we may well look him up; a great EA! Thank you 👍🏼PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have used Your Move Hobin Roberts in Kettering to sell my house and also to find somewhere to rent. Both experiences were positive and I found that the staff, especially Joe Roberts, were professional and made the processes painless. I was kept informed and nothing I asked or requested was too much trouble. I would recommend using them without hesitation.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently purchased our house through Your move. From start to completion all the staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. Our dealings were mainly with Darryl Borthwick-Robertson who went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them. Thanks Pete & Diane

I'm not a fan of Estate Agents or leaving reviews, however, Your Move have exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond. Both Daryl Borthwick-Robertson and Joe Roberts have worked tirelessly, patiently and with regular communications to secure a sale and support it through to completion. I'm not sure I have ever felt that an Estate Agent were worth their fees, but in this instance, it was very much felt that they did. Thank you Daryl, Joe and the team that support you for the excellent service that you not only promised, but also delivered.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

When Michael came round to value my property, I had already was on my 3rd estate agent and was looking to go with a Internet agent. Michael said"Just give me four week" and he delivered i had more viewings in three weeks than the others had done in two years. I was fed up with chasing estate agents to find out whats was happening, not with your move Kettering they was on the ball in very short time I felt at ease that they had my best interest. I cannot recommend Your Move Kettering high enough and felt they was worth every penny. They managed to change my views on estate agents totally and cannot thank them enough. Thanks Michael and all the guys at the Kettering office wish I could giver you guys 10 stars

I would like to award 5 stars to Michael DAINTY for all his help in selling our property. When he visited he was well turned out and very professional. He had a great understanding of the local property market. What impressed us most was his preparation and research of the property before visiting us. He presented us with a comprehensive printed package regarding the property including a realistic valuation. A credit to your company.

Absolutely first class. We may not have been paying the fees as we were buying not selling, however at every stage Darryl has made us feel like the most important client. Having previously had a bad experience with another local estate agent, and of course the stereotype of the industry, we were very wary of how much support we would get. I can only say that Darryl's proactive response to every step through the process ensured even someone as overly organised as me, was one step behind his efficient communications. The added extra was the upbeat, friendly approach which meant more often than not, I would call not email just to get the benefit of the positivity! We have been so impressed with our experience, we have already asked Darryl and the team to organise our property sale later this year. Top job, and eternally grateful for the excellent service!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Working with Michael Dainty at the Kettering branch of Your Move has been a real pleasure. He has taken the time to understand our families needs and help with the sale of our bungalow. The photos & video really showcased the property well and we look forward to selling very soon. Can’t recommend enough!!

With interest in a property Your move offered us their services to sell our home. At times we lost hope, but their staff remained warm and understanding of our frustration. Me and my husband especially wish to thank Max and Michael for their professional yet kind ways. They built a great rapport with us. We are yet to move in these strange times, but we are glad to have been supported by the Kettering branch in successfully finding us a buyer. Thank you dearly. All the best to the team :)

We had a couple of different valuations regarding the sale of our family property. We decided to work with the Kettering branch of Your Move as Michael had offered great advice and was confident of getting a good price. He prepared the photos and description and made a video which we were really pleased with. Michael also secured a sale at the full asking price which we are delighted with. Thanks for the attentive, honest service, we are pleased to have worked with Your Move Kettering and definitely will again in the future.

I don’t leave many or any reviews normally but felt compelled to on this occasion! We initially contacted three local agents to provide a valuation on my property. Michael from Your Move was particularly helpful and we particularly appreciated his honest approach! The marketing reports they produced were incredibly informative and gave me confidence that Your Move were the best agents for us to sell our property. A sale was agreed within two days which we couldn’t believe, well done Darren! Following that I have to say that throughout the process Jessica was really the star of the show and kept us informed and calm throughout some tough moments! A great, very hard working team that were a real pleasure to deal with and although it took longer to complete than we thought, we now couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
