GoogleWe would have given 5 stars, but felt we could have been contacted a bit more. Lots of customers looking to buy, but unfortunately the one we chose pulled out after several weeks. We felt had they been chased up a bit more by the agents we would have found this out sooner, after finding our dream home, it was through the patience of the sellers through another estate agents, we were able to eventually go ahead with the purchase after another buyer for our old house, had been found. The staff at Your Move seemed very friendly though and helped us price the property originally, although we did have to drop the price after the original buyers pulled out. A very stressful experience.

GoogleWe sold our house through the winter lockdown. Not the easiest of times to sell and buy. Paul and Johnny were always available, knowledgeable and friendly. However the star of the show for me was Jess. Without her I really don’t think the process would have happened at all. Her kindness, attention to detail and genuine desire to help us was beyond what I have ever experienced during a house sale. Fabulous team and I cannot recommend them highly enough

GoogleWhere do I start!!! If there was 10 star option they would get it It’s been a long road but Your Move Duston you have been amazing right from the word go. Going above and beyond all of the time to make sure our house sold and more so in the last 6months when we really needed our house to sell you worked extremely hard to get us sold. I could write endlessly about the experience with you but as I said where do I start other than AMAZING!! Special mention to Johnny and Jack for all you have done both friendly and approachable and communicating constantly with me. Thank you both. Another special mention to Paul, what can I say, down to earth, friendly, approachable, always helpful going above and beyond from the beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble and with my endless calls, questions and worries was so reassuring. Always following up and keeping us in the loop. The list is endless. Thankyou And finally.. Jess, not too sure in the last few weeks what I would of done without having you to send endless emails too and talk to on the phone - again you have kept me up to date and chased endlessly to get us moving as quickly as possible. Reassuring, friendly, and again nothing was too much trouble. Honestly cannot thank you all enough for absolutely everything. Will be forever grateful for all you have done.

Paul will go out of his way to help and keeps lines of communication open and feeds back any progress. The team at Duston branch has always been responsive to our queries. They have helped us years ago from the time we were renting until we purchased our own home. Few names comes to mind Gareth, Jonny, Karen, Jess. You have all been helpful one way or the other. GoogleFrom day one we received a respectful and professional experience when recently selling my mother in laws house. All the team where excellent from day one providing expertise and advice throughout. I would recommend Your Move estate agents without a second thought to anyone, and expelled the estate agent image completely. GoogleThis is my 3rd sale with your move have dealt with Sam for years. Always a smooth stress-free process, admin is on point with excellent communication and quick responses. No pressure and wouldn't use anyone else. Jess and Johnny have been amazing with this last sale, Johnny got more money than expected for my house and jess has made it as stress-free as possible for me. Highly recommend this company :)

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Your Move, especially with Johnny! He showed us the property and was very informative and professional. We send him an email an hour after the viewing, saying that we were very interested. We received a call back from him within an hour taking extra information for the application. By the end of the day he called us back with amazing news and went through the application process with us. Johnny kept both myself and my partner informed along the way and was helpful to answer any questions we had. Johnny followed up with us multiple times a day about the steps and really had our best interest at heart. We would definitely 100% recommend Your Move and especially Johnny!

GoogleSo far, the service has been efficient and has progressed well and rapidly. The staff have been professional, courteous and have responded to any queries and concerns that I have had promptly. However, as I am only at the very beginning of our business relationship, I can't as yet in any good concsious provide any further comments but so far so good. If it is possible, I will further update my experience as we progress through the tenancy.

GoogleWas very pleased with the valuation landlord feedback of my home, and great customer service. The manager Miranda at the abington branch was very helpful and supportive. Clear communication, the staff members are very friendly and professional. This reason alone I decided not to look at other estate agents as I was told everything at the start on how the process is, with tips given too. Very pleased with Miranda and Glen.
