GoogleYour move team, specially Joanne and Frank were absolutely fabulous! Frank was really helpful in sharing all the details & explaining all the info related to the property initially. Once the deal was agreed, Joanne who handled our sale was very professional and helpful through out the process. Kept us updated at each step & was really patient even when there was a slight delay in processing the paperworks from our end. This is our second buy-to-let sale with yourmove team and both times it was Joanne & it was a real pleasure dealing with Jo. Really hoping and looking forward to deal with the same team for our next buy to let. Closing the deal, Frank himself made sure the keys were dropped to us personally the same day- had a feel of a personalised service during the entire process. GoogleThis little branch definitely redefines how you think about estate agents. End to end they go above an beyond to ensure customers or kept informed and their requirements are met. From finding properties and making sure solicitors are kept honest through to letting and managing properties. Biggest value for me is how the team manage the process and engagement with solicitors who would otherwise go round in circles! Wouldn't use anyone else!

GoogleThanks to the fantastic team at Your move for our house sale, we sold above market price, and had a very thorough sales administrator named Jo. She liaised with the solicitors on both sides on our behalf to make sure the sale could move along as quickly as possible. Our sale was complex but with Jo, I was confident it would get over the line, not only that, she was just a lovely person too! Would highly recommend selling with Your move!
