Woeful. A condescending and arrogant approach to anyone who is going through a difficult time. The head of lettings in Redhill should be sacked. This company used to have a great reputation. Avoid like the plague, look elsewhere!

If you are thinking of selling or buying you will not go far wrong with Woodlands. On the Lettings side a well deserved shout out to Karen and Joe.. GoogleSteve Frank at Woodlands looked after me through the entire process of purchasing my new home. He kept me informed so I was always aware of exactly what was happening with all parties, and at a moments notice he allowed me to view the property when I needed another viewing. When he gave me the keys on the day of completion he also gave us a hamper to welcome us. I am very grateful to Steve and Woodlands for making a stressful time much more manageable.

GoogleAwful communication in the letting department. Waste of time attending viewings if they don’t even send you an application form so you never get considered for a property.
Apologies you feel Woodland’s communication was under par. As per emails exchanged between ourselves, we have since presented you with the facts of why this may have happened, as there was no indication of any connection of your partner to you, or that they had viewed the property, as the viewing email was originally sent to you, yours was the only contact we had for you both.
