GoogleThe process of buying through Wilson Thomas has been really easy from start to finish. They have been very accommodating with viewings and quick to answer any questions we had. During the offer process, they kept the lines of communication open to ensure we could agree on something mutually agreeable.

GoogleI would like to recommend Danny Kempton to anyone who is selling (or buying) a property. Mine hasn’t been the smoothest of journeys but he has been the most patient and supportive throughout. GoogleI'm looking to move near to Wimborne and found a property I wanted to view in Broadstone. I spoke to Simon on 7th August who was extremely rude & unhelpful and told me the owner of the property would not under any circumstances accept a viewing unless my property was on the market. That I can accept but he then suggested I purchased it unseen! I said there was no way I would do that so he said "well you won't be buying it then" I have viewed several properties in the Wimborne area recently and never been spoken to in this manner. I pity the vendor.

Dear Tessa I was disappointed to read your review as you can see we have a great reviews from our customers. Unfortunately the seller of the property that you wanted to view wont accept viewings from buyers that aren't on the market yet. This is not always the case with our sellers but once you have put your home on the market and ideally found a buyer we would be pleased to show you over as per our clients instructions. GoogleWe were really happy with all of the service from Wilson Thomas. Louise was very helpful and had a good understanding of what we were looking for, we loved that she got excited about the property with us. The team were really flexible in terms of viewing and calls. Communication was perfect and they were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us. One thing I would like to see moving forward would be to offer online virtual tours of the properties. Thank you for your great service.
