GoogleI have had to sell my sister's house in Corfe Mullen following her passing away last year. In addition to the many other legal and emotional issues that needed to be dealt with selling a house from afar, I live in Greater Manchester, added many other practical problems. Simon Holt and the rest of the team at Wilson Thomas proved to be a very good choice for me as they have handled everything extremely professionally and efficiently. This included speedily finding a second buyer when the first one dropped out, making house visits to make sure everything was in order recommending local contractors, e.g. lock & door fitters, gardeners, plumbers, house clearance, to resolve various problems that came up; all of which would have been easy enough if I had been local but become, potentially, ten times harder when you're 250 miles/5 hour drive away. Simon made sure I was constantly updated with developments and made the whole process as stressless as I could have hoped for, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We mainly dealt with Justin and Daisy, but if we spoke to anyone else in the office they were always helpful, friendly and professional. Justin dealt with the process after the sale seamlessly, and we had a very quick exchange and completion. I have already said I would look to work with them again in the future.

Simon was really good at supporting both the vendor and myself, ensuring that the solicitors kept the deal on track. Always good coms and called back of i missed them etc. 5*
