We can not fault the service that both Debbie and Kara gave us they were very patient and kind. They were very responsive to all our queries and requests. We had a very difficult sale that lead to a delay in completion on our side at no time during those difficult few weeks did William Davis chase us or put added stress and pressure on us. Thank you to all at William Davies. After 4 years of looking at new builds to find the right place for us we are finally in and delighted with our new home. Thank you Paula and Glyn (Houlton)

I would like to say a huge thank you to Rebecca, Lauren and Adele from the sales team at William Davis Hathern Edge for the way they are looking after my son while he’s in the process of trying to secure his first home. They have been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and understanding, and they are making what can be quite a daunting experience feel so much easier for him. As a Dad, it’s been lovely to see how warmly they have treated him. Our experience with William Davis has been fantastic, and we really couldn’t have asked for much more. Hathern Edge looks like it’s going to be a lovely development when finished, and I’m sure my son will be very happy there. Thank you all at William Davis, it’s genuinely appreciated.

5 stars for the excellent customer services team that look after the Lace Fields site. I cannot thank Lindsay enough for all her support, she is super kind, helpful, thorough and patient, and brilliant at her job. I would also like to say a big thank you to Neil, Ricky, Chris x2 (joiner and decorator) and Mark, they are so thorough and very tidy and respectful when completing any jobs. New homes will always have a few snags here and there, but knowing you have an excellent customer services team you can rely on brings much peace of mind to any home owner. I really do appreciate everything they do, they always complete everything with the upmost professionalism and kindness.

Customer Care

I have been in my William Davis home at Lime Gardens, Sutton Bonington for 8 months now. From walking into the sales office and meeting Stephanie, I knew I was in good hands. The customer service team, headed by Lindsay have been amazing. Lindsay has been quick to react to snags raised and the workmanship has been exemplary. Great bunch of guys, professional, hardworking and reliable. I have been very impressed by the work ethics of William Davis. I feel valued as a customer and that the company actually care which is to be conmended. Thank you.

Fantastic and helpful team

It was very lovely getting to tour the new homes being built in Coventry. Michaela Townsend was extremely kind and helpful and willing to answer all questions, no matter how small. As a first time prospective homebuyer, it was great to have someone who was willing to talk us through the entire process without feeling rushed and directing us to further resources to make the process smoother. Highly reccomend!

From our initial viewing to the time we moved in at Princes Place, Nottingham, both Clare & Stephanie have been professional & welcoming no matter how trivial the question quality of customer care has been first class. We purchased our first home in the UK…

We purchased our first home in the UK from William Davis at Westwood Park. At the time, mortgage rates had only recently increased significantly, so we asked whether any discount could be offered. We were clearly told that a discount was not possible. We trusted William Davis and proceeded with the purchase. However, almost immediately after we bought our home, the exact same house type was repeatedly reduced in price on the neighbouring plots. The same property is now being advertised for around £10,000 less than what we paid. We are extremely disappointed and, more importantly, our trust in the developer has been seriously shaken. We understand that prices can change, but being told that a discount was not possible, only to see the same homes repeatedly reduced shortly after our purchase, is very difficult to accept. If you are considering buying from William Davis, particularly at Westwood Park, we strongly recommend checking the pricing carefully and thinking twice before committing.

Property pricing is not fixed throughout any development or any house purchase and can change as circumstances evolve. We continually review our pricing in response to a number of factors, including current market conditions, the stage and progress of construction, plot availability and most importantly, the pricing and incentives being offered by other developers in the local area. We have to ensure that our homes remain appropriately positioned within the market as the development progresses. We fully understand that this does not lessen your current disappointment, and we are sorry. Moving into a William Davis home

William Davis have been excellent throughout my purchase of a 2bed semi at Princes Place and selling my own house. Although I have purchased many properties in the past and am used to the conveyancing process, this time there were many difficulties challenges presented by the buyer of my property. William Davis sales representatives, Claire and Stephanie , were empathetic, encouraging and extremely efficient , which helped the sale to remain secure and thankfully I am now very happily living in a brilliant house. I have to say I am very impressed by the quality of the build and finishing. The transition was made much easier by the comprehensive guidance provided by the site manager , Sean. I will definitely recommend William Davis to others.

House buying made easy!

Purchasing a new house was made really simple. Good advice and referrals to experienced professionals from experienced sales people helped the transaction go really smoothly. The ‘as built’ house pack could be better if it had more information on the building fabric but people are always on hand to help with questions.

We have been looking at the Radcliffe on Trent housing development for about 3 years and each time that I have gone in for a chat, the staff at William David have been very helpful with advice, knowledge and guidance. A massive thank you to William Davis…

A massive thank you to William Davis Homes and Davison Law for making my relocation back to Nottingham so incredibly easy and enjoyable when it should be a stressful time. My biggest thanks goes to Claire and Steph on the Sales team at Radcliffe on Trent… they could t have done anymore for me to sell the house and the area and of course the William Davis company. Even the little touches like a bottle of champagne in the fridge when you move and the flowers after two weeks… just touches that make all the difference….I am nearly two Months in and have t found a single issue and the little ones I have are dealt with in no time at all… amazing service..can’t thank the whole team and their associates with the legal side enough… so yes will be recommending William Davis to all my clients all 10,000 of them and singing their praises to everyone … thank you
