We can not fault the service that both Debbie and Kara gave us they were very patient and kind. They were very responsive to all our queries and requests. We had a very difficult sale that lead to a delay in completion on our side at no time during those difficult few weeks did William Davis chase us or put added stress and pressure on us. I would like to say a huge thank you to Rebecca, Lauren and Adele from the sales team at William Davis Hathern Edge for the way they are looking after my son while he’s in the process of trying to secure his first home. They have been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and understanding, and they are making what can be quite a daunting experience feel so much easier for him. As a Dad, it’s been lovely to see how warmly they have treated him. Our experience with William Davis has been fantastic, and we really couldn’t have asked for much more. Excellent customer services team

5 stars for the excellent customer services team that look after the Lace Fields site. I cannot thank Lindsay enough for all her support, she is super kind, helpful, thorough and patient, and brilliant at her job. I would also like to say a big thank you to Neil, Ricky, Chris x2 (joiner and decorator) and Mark, they are so thorough and very tidy and respectful when completing any jobs. New homes will always have a few snags here and there, but knowing you have an excellent customer services team you can rely on brings much peace of mind to any home owner. I really do appreciate everything they do, they always complete everything with the upmost professionalism and kindness.

Fantastic and helpful team

It was very lovely getting to tour the new homes being built in Coventry. Michaela Townsend was extremely kind and helpful and willing to answer all questions, no matter how small. We purchased our first home in the UK from William Davis at Westwood Park. At the time, mortgage rates had only recently increased significantly, so we asked whether any discount could be offered. We were clearly told that a discount was not possible. We trusted William Davis and proceeded with the purchase. However, almost immediately after we bought our home, the exact same house type was repeatedly reduced in price on the neighbouring plots. The same property is now being advertised for around £10,000 less than what we paid. We are extremely disappointed and, more importantly, our trust in the developer has been seriously shaken. We understand that prices can change, but being told that a discount was not possible, only to see the same homes repeatedly reduced shortly after our purchase, is very difficult to accept. If you are considering buying from William Davis, particularly at Westwood Park, we strongly recommend checking the pricing carefully and thinking twice before committing.

William Davis have been excellent throughout my purchase of a 2bed semi at Princes Place and selling my own house. Although I have purchased many properties in the past and am used to the conveyancing process, this time there were many difficulties challenges presented by the buyer of my property. William Davis sales representatives, Claire and Stephanie , were empathetic, encouraging and extremely efficient , which helped the sale to remain secure and thankfully I am now very happily living in a brilliant house. I have to say I am very impressed by the quality of the build and finishing. The transition was made much easier by the comprehensive guidance provided by the site manager , Sean. I will definitely recommend William Davis to others.
