GoogleThis was the easiest and fastest rental process of my life. I found the apartment on Zoopla, called the office, and Laylah promptly scheduled a viewing for the next hour. The place was lovely, and I put in an offer right away. A few weeks later, I’m moving in. The entire process was very smooth, and the email communication was clear and straightforward.

Brilliant Estate Agent and Team Geoff, Philip, Edward and the whole team were fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable. With a good understanding of the business they are in. Very accommodating, experienced, skilled in their business and just very nice people. And nothing was too much for them. I could not have done better anywhere else. It was a great experience and I loved working with the team. And the team understood the issues with my very scared rescue cat and were great in accommodating him. And Edward especially made sure! Edward was great with the viewings and supported and assisted me all the way. He was super with the people coming to view as well as assisting me with any queries I had. He is very caring and a genuinely nice person. He was always there when I needed him for questions or assistance. Nothing was too much for him. Not only is he brilliant at his job, but he is sensitive to any situation and stays very calm which helps a lot. Edward is an asset to Wilfords as is the Team.

I’ve worked with Wilfords for almost a decade. They consistently achieve higher rentals with better tenants & the highest prices on my sales properties. The biggest difference with Wilfords over ‘leading brands’ is that when a tenancy or sale hits a bump in the road (if there weren’t any bumps estate agency’s wouldn’t exist!) they communicate. Geoff (Wilford) Simon & their team are always at the end of their phones or call you back the same day. Not what you get from a more traditional agency on a Thursday or Friday evening! I’ve recently transacted with them on the purchase of 47 Pembridge villas where I was the buyer and the experience was great also. I was treated fairly, with honesty and once again great communication. Top agency, top people & growing brand. Well done you guys & girls, Christian
