GoogleTo be successful in a tough environment you need an agent who takes personal ownership, thinks laterally how to market a property and can reach parts of the market that don’t just walk along the high street. Geoff was that agent. From flying drones to highlight better the location, Instagram posts plus social media marketing and the personal touch of doing viewings himself, as well as arriving early to make sure doors were open and the property was always showing its best. Geoff worked tirelessly to get the best result which I hugely appreciate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and if we were to sell again he would be my first call.
