GoogleDeb and I have recently exchanged contracts on a property on Park Hill, Clapham. Edward was the senior executive responsible for the sale. Whilst it was clear throughout that Edward was very much on the side of the sellers (quite rightly), we also felt that he cared about us. He was incredibly responsive and had no problem sharing his WhatsApp number from the outset. He kindly guided us on how we might position ourselves to be the successful purchasers. He was also highly active during the period between offer and exchange. He seamlessly liaised between sellers, both sets of solicitors and our surveyor. He also liaised direct with our financial advisor so that it was clear that what was delivered to the sellers had been approved by him. He was also very helpful at a practical level in answering the numerous queries, Deb and I had about the property and things like gardner, dentist, doctor, property maintenance firm, etc. etc. We could not recommend him too highly. GoogleAfter several attempts over the years we responded to a Wilfords flier. Geoff and Philip visited and we gave them a go. Glad we did as after a slow start they sourced more applicants than we'd expected and...the all-important 'and'...they found an offeror in our indicated price range...albeit with complications. Stayed interested through the offer/acceptance/exchange process as the complications were ironed out...took longer than expected but successfully exchanged yesterday! good result.

He understood our requirements and did everything he could to help us secure the perfect flat within our short timescale. GoogleI cannot recommend Wilfords highly enough - I actually initially contacted Wilfords regarding a house listing they had up, and enjoyed my conversation with George so much that we ended up selling our flat in Clapham Old Town with him. It sounds so cliché but Wilfords are genuinely different from the rest of estate agents, they care so much about offering the best possible service and finding you the perfect buyer. The communication is excellent, everyone we met who works at Wilfords is extremely personable, they absolutely nailed the marketing strategy for our flat... What can I say, they are just fab. We sold our flat after just a handful of viewings and George did a tremendous job managing conversations with our buyer who had to be patient whilst we went through a fairly complex house purchase. We have already recommended a good friend to sell their flat through Wilfords and will continue to recommend them to anyone else we speak to ! They simply are a cut above the rest - thanks so much George, Phil and the rest of the Wilfords team !!

They were so professional with every viewing, gave extensive, timely feedback and really increased viewing numbers compared to our previous agent. We felt they added the most value with their extensive experience of the market. We felt confident accepting their advice and pricing recommendations and secured a bid above asking. After an offer was agreed, Edward was great in following the legal process and ensuring everything was completed as timely as possible. We couldn’t recommend them more.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been using the Wilfords property management service for several years and their lettings service more recently. I only have good things to say about them. As someone who lives and works outside the UK they provide me with peace of mind that my properties and tenants are being properly taken care of. That is very important to me. They have excellent local market knowledge and are often my sounding board when I would like a more realistic view on trends in the local lettings and sales markets. They are easily contactable and respond promptly to my calls and emails unlike other agencies I have used. Highly recommended.

GoogleLaylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.
