Great team, exceptionally efficient, respectful and responsive. After contacting all of the bigger agencies it was Wilfords who really just blew us away at every touch point. Special shoutout to Henry who did absolutely everything he could to get us the house of our dreams, never messing a call or text. When you’re paying a lot for a nice property in an expensive city, you expect the letting service to be luxury too, and it’s the smaller agencies that seem to be the only ones to get it right.

The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

It was a rare lucky chance to find Jessica Burns, an independent estate agent. Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do.
