GoogleWe were recently shown around various properties by Ella (& Ellie for one viewing). We found both to be extremely helpful and gave information to any questions we had. If they were unsure they offered to find out. Overall we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

GoogleTried renting a property with White And Guard and was treated terribly. Wouldn’t listen to either mine or my partners questions, nothing was explained to us in a kind manner and overall unhappy with this company, will not be using again. Refused to give our deposit back and staff were very rude

Hi - thankyou for taking the time to post a review, having looked through our files we cannot find any refence to bobbie jones on our database. However, in reply we only fail to return deposits if the potential tenant applying to let a home through us, FAILS the referencing process and this is out of our control as undertaken by a third party referencing company. Failure of refencing is normally, but not always, associated with mis information or incorrect information being supplied on the actual application. We do always try at this stage to help find a solution, but this is not always possible. Referencing is conducted to ensure our landlords are protected and a procedure every lettings agency conducts as a matter of professional integrity and by law. The potential tenant is informed at the time of paying their deposit of their rights and the circumstances behind a deposit payment not being returned. We wish you well in your search for a property in the future.

GoogleReally disappointed in White and Guard, I signed up for 6 weeks and viewings were poor. Only three viewings in 6 weeks. I have now changed agent and had more viewings booked in one day than the whole if the 6 weeks with White and Guard. As with all agents, you have to give 30 days notice to get out of the contract, so this was put in early. I just feel that they didn't bother pushing my property after that. I think I was sold by their glossy brochure and talk of an open day, however don't be fooled, people view online these days. I thought the online pictures were OK until I saw what my new estate agent produced.The different is night and day. (They used a fantastic AI camera). Nice people, but sadly they were unable to get people through the door.

GoogleWhite & Guard were great in helping us secure a new home. Unlike other agencies they didn't seem to play games or mess us around which meant we were moved in not long after our enquiry. I would use them again!
