The whole team are very easy to deal with and professional, but we had a really attentive special service from Becky for whom nothing was too much trouble. She was always ready to help and would get stuff sorted very quickly. Becky is just a joy to work with, and responds very quickly to any question or query. For the next customers of this agency: be very careful. In case something happens and you need to leave your rent early, they DO EARLY LEAVING FEES WHICH ARE £600!!!! Imagine you need to move out for an emergency and beside new rent and deposit, consider putting 600 pounds in the pockets of this company that can't care less about tenants. Our contract was supposed to end in september 2025, we had to move out in december 2024 and we ended up losing about £700 with this agency. Thanks for nothing!! You caused us the bigges stress of our life!!
