GoogleI have used White and Guard for many years, always selling through them and also buying the house I have just sold. I have used the Hedge End, Bishops Waltham and Bitterne Offices and all three are top notch for customer service. People always moan about estate agents fees, however these guys really do work for it and earn it. They are so proactive, always get back to me when I have a query and just a really nice bunch of people to deal with. The sales teams are on it from day one and push and push to get the property sold as quickly as possible and for the best price. There is no pressure to reduce it quickly for a quick sale, they work really hard to get you the price you need which is really important if you are on a tight budget for your onward purchase as I was. John Neville at Hedge End has been amazing on this sale of mine which has been a bit long winded due to a sale falling through, plus having to deal with a tricky buyer. He has kept me updated, given things a push when needed and just generally is a really nice guy. I don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if I do my business will always return to White & Guard, 10 stars from me.

GoogleAfter being up for sale with another agent for a few months, we decided to give notice and use White & Guard instead and they did not disappoint and it was a totally different experience. The entire team were so helpful, the communication from them was excellent, particularly Mike who would always call me with information on properties that we may be interested in and to provide feedback on viewings on our property.The app they use was also a really helpful tool. Thank you to the entire team at White & Guard!

GoogleTerrible experience selling our property in Hedge End. White and Guard really over-valued our property then failed to properly update all parties within the chain during the post-sale process. Would recommend you go with a smaller company like Marco Harris instead who actually care.

GoogleI had a first class experience with White & Guard in Bishop’s Waltham. Conveyancing is a trying experience, with multifarious stresses, but the team of professionals at White & Guard made every step so much easier. There were professional, flexible and empathic at every turn with allocated team members to deal efficiently with every part of the process. Claire and Peter were especially helpful throughout.

GoogleWhite and Guard recently dealt with the sale of my house and I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency at all stages of the sale, which from offer to completion was a little under 13 weeks. GoogleJamie, Allison and the team were absolutely fantastic - they went above and beyond to get us through the process, despite numerous hurdles with breaks in the chain, land registry and nearly 11 months of back and forth with solicitors.
