Good afternoon Des. We appreciate you spending the time to review our service and regret that you didn't leave a comment for us to see where the problem might have been. In this case however we cannot find your name on our system as either someone who has sold or purchased through our branch or company, so we are unsure how you reviewed our service. Please therefore feel free to contact us directly so we can establish the reason for the 1* review and help accordingly where we are able- kind regards - Steve White Partner

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home through White and Guard. I have found them extremely helpful throughout our whole experience from first looking around the property with Sarah Oliver through to getting weekly updates about the progress of the move with Leanna Hill. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions especially towards the end of the sale and Leanna was extremely helpful in keeping in contact and answering any questions we had - I cannot express enough the amazing service she gave us! I know its early days as just brought our current home but if we were ever looking to sell I will be looking to use them again! Thank you to all the staff that helped us through the process! 😊

GoogleWe just completed on a house sold through this branch. We were in a chain of three other properties and I was really impressed by their sales progression team - a special thanks to Leanna for keeping us up to date and actively chasing all the way up and down the chain to make the unlikely happen before Christmas! Would recommend.
