GoogleVery professional team of agents, sold our house and next door neighbors within a week of listing. Tom, Dan and Sarah were friendly, professional and communicative throughout our sale and purchase. We had reservations initially as they do not list on Zoopla but this did not cause us any issues in selling our property. We're really please we used them, because their fees were competitive and their competence and professionalism became particularly clear when house hunting and dealing with other agents in Penarth. I wish we could have bought through them.

An incredible job was done on photography on our sale and the recommended sale price was spot on. They were incredibly responsive and when we had difficulties with both the sale and purchase were able to move things on and were highly supportive. GoogleFantastic service. All queries answered speedily, and wanting to take measurements, we did ask to revisit the property we are buying a number of times. Nothing is too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate us at short notice. The team are really friendly and we would use them in the future as we are impressed with their professionalism for all parties.

They rarely answer their phone, they never answer enquiries on their clients properties listings through the property marketing websites they sell on and they do not answer their emails! People selling your property with this company be aware that buyers are interested in purchasing your property but this company are providing you with a poor service.
