GoogleFirstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

GoogleThe staff at Watts Morgan were excellent all of the way through what was a long sales process. The communication was also excellent and the service professional. They went above an beyond and carried out unexpected services after the sale agreement. Five Stars all round and highly recommended.

GoogleDealt with watts and Morgan for 7years with a rental property, no issues what’s so ever couldn’t do enough if needing anything, dealt with Jodi over this time she’s a great help, and goes out to her way to help anyway possible.

GoogleContacted W&M numerous times to enquire about a property...umpteen calls later still no call back ...such service is poor and doesn't instill confidence in W&M for ourselves as purchasers. Very disappointed.

GoogleWe used Watts and Morgan to sell our house having sourced them on the internet. Our initial meeting was with Tomas Gould who was excellent. We were impressed by his knowledge, efficiency and professionalism, also his realism about what we could achieve by a sale. With the aid of Dan who produced the brochure and Sarah who constantly intervened with the purchases on our behalf, the process was seamless. We were extremely satisfied with Watts Morgan and more than happy to recommend them to others

GoogleWhen looking at the place I’m currently renting, Jason was knowledgeable about the place without having to contact the office like I had to with other estate agents.He answered all my questions and was quick in letting me know I got the place. When I needed to change the move in date by a day, they sorted that out for me quickly and easily with no hassle. Jodi was wonderful when I picked up the keys and sorted out my council tax, electric and gas. I also got a welcome pack with some lovely freebies and vouchers that gave me some much needed money off. I’ve been in the place 3 months so far and they have always replied to texts or emails when I have any problems and sort them out quickly, without any hassle.
