I’ve been meaning to leave a review ever since we moved - nearly 2 years ago! (Sorry it’s taken so long!) We bought our house through Watts and Morgan and had a fantastic experience. Dan was brilliant, allowing us to see the house multiple times before we made our decision and his fantastic communication really helped the process move smoothly and swiftly. The rest of the team there was brilliant too, very friendly and approachable and helpful. From agreeing to purchase to the move in date was so quick! I think a month? And that was due to the team at W&M, Thompson Young (our estate agents) and our solicitor Sarah Miller JMD Law . Thanks all!

Reviewing a purchase of a property through Watts and Morgan. Absolutely seamless process, I was mostly in contact with Dan, but also Tomos sometimes, and then a few other members of the team and all were fantastic, especially Dan and Tomos. Always able to be contacted with any queries, really knowledgeable and helpful when the usual sticking points that come with property sales came up. We were able to complete on our property purchase in around 2.5 months due to the efficiency and dedication of the whole team at Watts and Morgan, which is quick when it comes to property sales in my experience! Didn't ever feel as though they didn't have the time for my questions and queries, and always offering sound advice or coming back with suggestions and solutions rather than problems and delays. I will recommend Watts and Morgan to all friends and family, and if we ever come to sell our property, they will be our first choice. Thanks!

We’re currently in the process of a formal Subject Access Request and deposit dispute with this agency. At the initial viewing, the agent openly apologised for the poor condition of the property, specifically mentioning the unpleasant smell of wet dog and the previous tenant’s paintwork. Because these issues were acknowledged by the agency themselves, we didn’t feel the need to raise a formal complaint. Instead, we resolved the problems ourselves, trusting that this goodwill would be reflected at the end of the tenancy. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. We’re now facing what we feel are unjustified deposit deductions, and are currently seeking full documentation under GDPR. If needed, we will escalate to the ICO and TDS. We’ll update this review depending on how the situation is handled going forward.

AVOID RENTING 41 CLOS Y CWARRA - ROUGE LANDLORD!!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Anyone who wants to rent and negotiate with Jodi Cavaliere, don’t!! Landlord did not secure bond and no Deposit Certificate provided as stated by JC. Landlord tried to keep hold of my money and Jodi Cavaliere appeared to go out of her way to find fault with the state of the property when I left. Wasn’t interested in helping, previous tenants also didn’t receive their bond back. DO NOT RENT 41 Clos Y Cwarra, St, Fagans. Rouge landlord produced fake invoices to try and keep deposit. Ended up going to court and I was awarded full payment of deposit and costs. She’s now changed her name from Ruth to Nicole 🙄

We bought a property that Watts & Morgan were representing. While of course any estate agent is representing the seller primarily, as buyers we always felt the agent (Dan Lansdown) was acting with honesty and integrity. Dan facilitated communication between all parties well and was always responsive. In searching for a property he also made himself available at awkward times for us to squeeze in viewings around our schedule. He even went as far as showing us some off-market properties. The icing on the cake was the lovely gift box handed over on the day of completion from the Watts & Morgan team with everything from discounts at Ikea (came in useful very soon after moving in!) to some snacks and a wonderful hand drawing of the property we'd just purchased.
