Thank you for taking the time to post the review Darren I have looked into this review as we would never withhold a tenants deposit. When ending a tenancy we act on behalf of the Landlord and never financially benefit from keeping a tenants deposit, this is only taken to either cover the condition a property is left in or unpaid rent. As you are aware in your situation this was taken to the Deposit Resolution Service through the DPS which ruled that some of your deposit was to be paid to the Landlord.

GoogleVery poor management! Booked a viewing with them on a house, but when I got there the queue was 2-3 before me. I got a chance to speak with one of the agents and asked what was the point of the booking if the first place? I got a reply : What’s the point of a bad attitude? The purpose of the booking is to have a chance to view the property, if you want to wait and see the property ok, if not feel free to leave. So you guys know…..The point of a booking is to see the property at the time prior set by the buyer and the agents! That usually what is supposed to happen ( if the agents actually took some responsibility in booking those people that are interested, doesn’t matter how many people are interested in the property if bookings were made with a higher level of responsibility!). If not just say come and see the house between 12:00 and 4PM. In this case no expectations were to be set!

GoogleVery bad service never ever trust them. I came visit a property from London my appointment was 13.15 pmI arrived 1pm . When I called they said that they have accepted someone offered. After conversation she sent email saying cancellation. What a jock. I spent £ 220x2

GoogleHave been looking for rental for a year now, just recently viewed a property with Up Estate Agent, gave all the details required from the staff that was dealing with our application, the staff went kind of awol called their office few times left messages also emailed no one got back to me, at least let someone know what’s happening with the application also if the landlord is going ahead or not. Really poor communication and doesn’t look professional. I just don’t understand why people on low income get treated in a different way. Just makes you think do estate agents actually treat all applicants the same regardless their race. I really don’t think equal opportunity exits anymore these days.

GoogleA choice of convenient and superb value-for-money fixed price options and, a service exemplar that goes a long way to making selling your home as pain-free as possible. It really doesn’t get any better than that. Working with members of the Up Estates team throughout the whole process from in-house photography and lay-up to arranging viewings and managing relationships with buyers and solicitors was always reassuring and, particularly so, when frustration kicked in. The Up Estates team knows what they are doing, and never forget that they are dealing with people. Excellent!

GoogleWe recently sold our house with up estates and from start to finish we could not fault them. Charlotte went above and beyond for us and we would recommend her and up estate's to anyone! They kept us up to date throughout the whole process and exceptionally outstanding when returning feedback from potential buyers! Thank you all for everything!

GoogleActually had a great experience with Up Estates. They were quick with booking in viewings. They were always responsive with regards to the property I was buying and passing on messages. On completion day, they had everything ready to go. Considering how bad alot of estate agents can be, Up Estates were very good.

GoogleUp Estates saw us through our house move this year. Aliya was dealing with our sale and did a fantastic job conducting viewings and chasing up marketing information and potential buyers. Once our house sold (within about 1 month) Emily dealt with our sale progression, and was helpful and knowledgeable on the whole process. Throughout the move everyone at Up Estates were highly communicative, and easy to contact, which was very important for us. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleI have recently sold my house in Rugby through Upestates even though their office is in Coventry. I have used them previously and went back to them because of their excellent service. Also their price was lot cheaper than other agents but the service is not compromised at all. The house i have just sold in last 2 weeks through them the service was exceptional. Jade was the sales person who was fantastic and it was then passed to Emily who dealt with my sale from offer to completion. Emily i have to say went above and beyond on what was not a straight forward sale. She was constantly speaking to solicitors and pushing things forward. If it had not been for her the solicitors would not have progressed the sale through as quick as they did. I can not thanks Jade and particularly Emily and all the up estates team for an outstanding service.

GoogleWe have been in our house for 28 years and was very anxious about going through the whole process of selling and buying a new house, but I shouldn’t have worried at all. Charlotte has been with us every step of the way, from taking the pictures of the house, which were incredible to keeping us informed of what was happening at each stage of the process. Aliya was also brilliant at keeping the communication line open. I would definitely recommend UpEstates to family and friends
