Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely the worse experience in our life’s , we was looking to relocate and came across with property they managed, house was under renovation, we told the agent we need to move in by the middle of the month , they told us this is not a problem, property will be ready by that time. We took the keys 10th of October and left the house empty for another week to make contractors easier to finish work, but unfortunately when we came week later nothing was done, house was dirty, not cleaned, everything broken, not fitted correctly or not fitted at all, so all the promises after signing the contract gone. Electricity rigged, back doors broken, house so dirty we never seen in our life’s so much dust, the extractor hood leaking oil, sliding doors on wall wardrobes not sliding and broken, we don’t have bathroom doors can you imagine family of 5 and this is how we live more then a month now and still have no date when it’s going to be fixed and most disgusting thing is they blaming us that they moved us in to the house which is far from ready to live…..

Be aware of this agency! I have just rented a house full of mould ! My clothes and every personal objects were infested . Under wallpaper you could find mould for a long time ago which will appear anytime. After you payed the deposit and sign the contract and in short time you will realise that you will lose all your money, the future tendant will have the big "pleasure" to go in the court with this agency for about one year loosing their peace and psihical power . They have the excuse that all houses from UK has the same problem with mould! Which is not fear and true. Who need headache ?! Open your eyes before trusting their "friendly" smile. Your health is more important !

AVOID. My partner and I went to view a property yesterday, however, we got caught in some traffic and arrived just under 5 minutes late. We knocked on the door and nobody was present, so we called Up Estates. They were friendly and contacted their colleague for us, then informed us their colleague had got his "diary mixed up" and would be there shortly. Considering that we confirmed our attendance a couple hours before the viewing, I don't believe this is true. We waited 5-10mins for him to turn up, and then greeted him politely upon his arrival, to which he responded "Alright". He gave no apology for getting his “diary mixed up”, and quite clearly had a bad attitude. He then went straight to unlock the front door, and with his back to us said "You've only got 5 minutes to look around as I've got another appointment to get to". Although seriously unimpressed with his rudeness and unprofessionalism, we said we would “try our best”. 5 minutes to look around a property we may spend thousands of pounds on renting because he had another appointment to get to? We went inside and asked whether the electric fire works, and the agent said something like "Yeah it should". We realised he was not there to offer any help, so we rushed around the house ourselves, unable to ask any questions as the agent was not approachable. The agent stood outside the front of the property, uninterested in trying to engage at all. We went downstairs and asked to look at the garden, to which he locked the front door behind us responding "I can't leave people viewing the property whilst it is vacant". We weren't leaving, we were asking to view the garden area... We then just left as it was clear he was refusing to show us. We called Up Estates immediately afterwards and have given all this information to them. The lady on the phone apologised for the situation, but I doubt anything will be done about the poor behaviour displayed by their estate agent. No wonder this property has been vacant for as long as it has.

Bought and sold with Up. Sale - shrewd tactical pricing and thoughtful marketing delivered strong interest in our property and an offer accepted within a fortnight. Purchase- gave sensible, neutral advice despite a vested interest in both sides of the transaction. Quick to arrange viewings in collab with the then owners. Process - ours wasn't a smooth experience but that wasn't Up's doing in all fairness. Communication might have been more frequent even if only to say "nothing new". Recommend these guys, strong team, great pitch.
