GoogleThe Up Nuneaton office have been fantastic in selling my property 😃 🏡 great communication, responsive and proactive and the pictures and marketing were amazing. Really happy and have recommended them to family and will use them again - especially as their fees to sell were very competitive compared with other agents I know. …

GoogleUp Estates Nuneaton were extremely professional from day 1 to end of process, we knew the exact financial expectation and that was honoured on completion. Special mention to Becky who really looked after us in terms of communications between us and conveyancer. Highly recommend Kevan x

GoogleJust completed my purchase for a buy to let property with Up Estates , best ever experience from start to finish, firstly dealt in person with Aliya Uddin , Aliya was so professional and personable at the same time great way of dealing with me and was very accommodating with viewing the property and super efficient , She is a true professional and a hospitable person and met my kids on the second house visit too , the communication was spot on and timely , true credit to Up estates , I then dealt with Emily which was mainly via email and phone and again I can say the same for her too , very productive and efficient and to the point , no-one was pushy at any stage just really helpful , Had a brief chat with Chris from lettings again very attentive and polite , finally I dealt with Elena from lettings via email and phone and wow I was so impressed with how quickly she got my account set up and rent transferred within a day , just truly amazing all-round service and I have dealt with many estate agents and letting agents , however Up estates stand way above . Cannot thank this team enough for helping navigate this purchase . I would highly recommend this team and Up estate agents .

GoogleWe recently used Up Estates for the sale of a property in Kenilworth. From the very first meeting to complete all initial sale particulars, including excellent drone footage, we have received an excellent service from the whole team at Up Estates. The sales team worked tirelessly to promote our property. They conducted all viewings and gave excellent feedback from any of the viewers. Once a sale was agreed they kept us fully informed of all required information and vendor requests. So this sale went through extremely smoothly and everyone was completely at ease with the sale/purchase. I would definitely recommend Up Estates to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleThe whole process of selling and buying a house is so stressful, so you need an amazing estate agency. Up Estates were that amazing estate agency for us. They behave like your own person team making you feel like your the only client on the books. Nothing was ever too much and any problems or worries were always dealt with immediately. We have to recognise Jade for her unbelievable selling abilities. She is incredible and such a wonderful person to deal with and such an astute business woman. There's also Aliya again another outstanding member of the selling team, so hardworking and fast too. Finally, we have to give praise to Emily, who looked after us once we had sold. She provided a first class service, reassuring us when we were worried and also made sure our buyers were happy too. The hard work of those three women meant that we are now in the home of our dreams. We can't be more grateful and thankful to them. We can't sing their praises or that of Up Estates enough.

GoogleAliya and Emily plus the whole team of UP Estates were first class. Our house sold within 24 hours before the sign had kissed the soil. From a service, admin point of view you won't find a better service

GoogleThroughout the whole process the agent was very slow in communication and they kept asking for guarantor under the most nonsensical excuses AS WELL AS asking for a whole year's rent upfront. Then it came to a point that they kept saying the landlord of a property likes us and prefers us before we got a phone call saying they chose someone else. When that someone else ghosted them because the agency is ridiculous the agent came back to us still with their unreasonable terms even though we were the only applicants left. Due to stresses from looking for houses we paid the holding deposit but we never got a confirmation from the landlord or agency. Then we found a house with SBK agency that was very nice to use very responsive and accommodating and chose to withdraw from the application less than a week after paying holding deposit for a property which move in date was more than a month away. We asked for the deposit to be refunded or part refunded since it's a deposit and not a fee but the agency is so incompetent that they don't know the difference and said they will keep the money. If I wanted to be scammed I would've chosen someone that's nice about it not someone that treats us like second grade citizen.

GoogleThis is now my 3rd time using Up and 3rd time being fully satisfied with their service. Each time they've been very efficient and communicative throughout the whole buying/selling process. In this recent experience me and my partner have sold with Up and dealt with Jade Neale throughout the the transaction. Jade has been lovely, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish. Jade's communications have always been proactive and I've never once needed to ask a question twice or chase anything up because she's already taken care of things. She has certainly taken a lot of stress out of moving and I would 100% recommend both Jade and Up.
