GoogleTruepennys were truly amazing when we sold our flat in Dulwich. From the start, with Connor valuing our flat, Alex and Kyle’s arranging viewings and securing us a very quick sale, to finish with Wallace keeping me sane with all the back and forth with solicitors. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to everyone!

GoogleKyley and Wallace were extremely helpful in guiding me through my first home purchase. Quick to respond with informative answers. Quick and flexible viewings enabled me to submit an offer very rapidly. Solicitor and surveyor recommendations were useful and they did a good job. Thanks!

GoogleGreat estate agents, had a really good experience. Kyley was fantastic, found several properties that matched my exact requirements and was really proactive in keeping in touch. The whole process of viewing, making an offer through to exchange was really smooth. Would recommend.

GoogleThe best estate agent experience we’ve had in a decade of living in London. Chris was always polite, friendly and responsive, resolving issues and answering questions quickly. Unusual to say in London, but having Chris managing the property is one of the reasons we will miss living there.

GoogleWe bought a property through Truepennys, as we were the buyers we couldn't pick and choose our estate agent. However we were very pleased with the service. We are first time buyers and it was a stressful purchase there were a few hiccups, however Hayden was great at helping and communicating with us. The sellers solicitors were really bad communicators so he had to do a lot more work than what's expected from an agent. He chased the sellers and gave us information as quickly as he could. If we ever sell we would consider working with Truepennys especially if Hayden still works there.

GoogleHaving gone through several experiences with Estate Agents, Truepenny’s was certainly the best by far thanks to Hayden and Wallace. We previously rented with Truepenny’s and there were no issues.

GoogleWe have just sold our flat with the help from the fantastic Hayden. He has been an excellent estate agent to deal with. We chose to go with Truepenny's due to him alone, as he has a real honest and kind nature. His communication has been excellent, and he is always calm and understanding in times of stress. Thanks so much Hayden for all your help. From Kathryn and George.
