GoogleThey always seemed to be on the landlords side, with every issue we had. And we felt like nothing they did was in our best interests, it all just felt like we were cash cows for the landlords and Truepenny's and that's how we felt throughout the tenancy. Also, we were convinced to sign a two-year tenancy with no break clause and £50 over the list price. This should never be allowed, but felt like we had no other choice. And at the end, after battling to be put on a monthly contract so that we could move into our own place, our rent was shot up by an extra £150. And we know that the new tenants were charged even more than this after we left. For an extremely damp flat with a black mouldy wall next to the bed, that's pretty bad. On top of this, we had inspections all the time. Not only is that very invasive, but it never really made our flat feel like a home. Otherwise, it was fine. Some people there were very nice and friendly.

GoogleBrilliant! Connor and his team dealt with the sale our house and we are very happy with the service received. From the off, they understood our needs and were very professional throughout, without losing the personal touch. Connor, Kyley and Alex know their stuff! They are experienced and know the market very well, which gave us continuous peace of mind. We were always kept in the loop, and the entire team were happy to answer any questions we had, which helped us navigate the stress of the process. Could not fault them.

GoogleAimee was an absolute machine getting my offer accepted, she told me exactly what I needed to do and did everything she could on the landlord side to secure the flat for me. I couldn't have secured my place without her! The experience after getting the offer accepted was absolutely stellar as well considering the quick turnaround that was needed. Can't fault the service here, recommend Truepenny's highly!

GoogleAlex, Connor and Wallace the rest of the team were kind throughout and did all they could through a complicated sale process to get things over the line for us. A smaller estate agency with a local charm but just as capable of getting the job done as its many competitors in the area. Would 100% recommend and use them again

GoogleDo not use these guys to manage your property as you will end up doing it all yourself and pay them for the privilege. They have been looking after our property and tenants for six months now and every month I have to pester them to pester the tenant for the rent. Once the rent finally arrives I then have to pester them to get a monthly statement off them. The only way you will get anywhere with them is by posting a poor review and then you will get some service until you remove that review (for which I was offered a financial incentive - no wonder on the face of it their reviews look good) and then the service will return to the normal poor service

After reviewing the rent schedule, we can confirm that the rent payments were consistently received on or before the due date and promptly transferred to the landlord. The only exception was in October, which was the first month the tenants moved in. It’s not uncommon for initial payments to be delayed during the setup period, but we took swift action to follow up and ensure the rent was received and transferred on the same day. We understand the importance of receiving regular statements and aim to provide them promptly. We’re sorry if there were any delays and are committed to improving communication moving forward. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a one-month management fee credit, as we value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by our commitment to providing transparent and reliable service.
