GoogleI have dealt with many of the staff from Truepenny's over the last 4 years and they have all been fantastic. They have been great to work with and I am very appreciative of their support. I would recommend over every other estate agent I dealt with in London.

GoogleExcellent Services. I just rented from Truepenny's. My agent Connor is professional, flexible, understanding, and very helpful indeed. The renting process went very smooth. I particularly appreciate Connor's communication. He always provides the timely update; even when where was no update he still makes effort to let me know when I can expect from him. Excellent service, I will recommend TruePenny's.

GoogleI moved my rental to Truepennys as I wasn't getting a very good service from another agency. I am glad I did, as it automatically felt more personal and Sophie was a great help. I then went on to sell, whereby Matthew and Albert were with me every (sometimes difficult) step of the way. I felt like they actually cared about my circumstances. Everyone I spoke to in the office were always very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

GoogleExcellent Services. I rented from Truepenny's two years ago. They were very helpful professionals, made the letting process very smooth. Specially Mathew explained the whole process appropriately and organised all the necessary paperwork. Two years later when I contacted them for recently, Mathew helped me with necessary advise and landlord negotiations. Excellent service, I will always consider or recommend people to let through Truepenny's . Thank you for all your support

GoogleWe sold our flat through Truepenny's and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ryan, the owner, is a very courteous chap and took pains to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in terms of photos, description and asking price; we felt expertly guided without ever being hustled into anything. The efficiency of their service is reflected in the fact that within forty-eight hours of going to market we had three viewings and had accepted an offer of the asking price. All the staff with whom we dealt at Truepenny's were excellent (Liz and Albert) but special mention must go to Matthew Wedlake who handled the bulk of the sale. He kept us instantly up to date with all developments and even on days nothing was happening he would check in to see if there was anything he could do. Through absolutely no fault of Truepenny's our chain became something of a nightmare; Matthew worked very hard to hold everything together, constantly checking with solicitors and other agents and reporting back immediately. I honestly believe that without his hard work we would not have reached completion. If you're selling or looking for a property in their catchment area I strongly advise considering using Truepenny's, you will definitely be in safe and expert hands.

GoogleTruepenny's was the estate agent for our rented property in Dulwich from 2012-2015. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and friendly, and while the check-out took a couple of weeks to successfully complete I was definitely more than happy with the process. All in all I would say Truepenny's was the best estate agent I have ever used - our one main problem with the property, however, came from how long it took to properly resolve problems with the flat during our tenancy. As this was not a managed property by Truepenny's I cannot fault them too much for this, mind.

GoogleWe worked with Matthew, Albert and colleagues to purchase our first home. Professional, friendly and on the ball - I would highly recommend their services. Having had 6 properties fall through in the lead up to this purchase, Albert and Matthew were very honest about the process and worked speedily with our solicitor to complete the sale within 2 months, which is mega fast! GoogleThey rented my property in Forest Hill within a week, AAAANNNDDD....my tenants are lovely. Couldn't be happier! Well done guys! Would definitely recommend. Independents are so much better. Every other agent that came to value just seemed so disingenuous. Go Truepenny's!

GoogleReally bad experience ! We viewed a flat with one of their agents, Alberto. We put an offer in and Alberto told us that the offer got accepted. One week before we were supposed to move in we found out it was all a lie. He repeatedly told us that we had definitely secured the flat and one week before we were supposed to move in he told us that someone else was moving in. We managed to track down the land lady and she told us that she hadn't even heard of our offer ! This had a snowball effect as three people were left homeless because of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
