She tried her best to assist me, helped in my decision-making. I am very happy with the house, location and neighbourhood. Thank you for providing an excellent Customer Service! Equally, thank you to Wallace who took over the case and ensured we completed on time. She's incredibly friendly and helpful, knowledgable about the properties she took me around and was able to answer any questions I had, either at the time or through regular follow up conversations. I look forward to the rest of the process running just as smoothly and working with Hayley, Hayden, Wallace and rest of the team at Truepennys.

She always provided or sourced any answers to questions we had incredibly quickly. Even happy to provide an unexpected viewing as I bumped into her when walking thorough the area! For first time buyers she has been reassuring and made the process more enjoyable than scary!
