GoogleHayley was great, both with the viewings and getting the paperwork sorted getting through the process quickly. However, when it came to picking up my keys, another member of staff did not make it clear which branch to pick up from, which was very inconvenient, having travelled almost two hours to get them.

GoogleFrom day one, Georgia (property manager) was second to none. Communication was always fast, efficient and resolute. Youβd think you were the only people she looked after! Often you hear the troubles that people face with estate agents/landlords but TruePennys go against the grain on this one. A seriously smooth process, start to finish. If I could have used them in my next move, I would have.

GoogleI recently got my keys to my new home with the help of truepenny. As an international student, you can understand the anxiety that comes with finding a new accommodation after school. All thanks to Hannah Strobel who helped me though out the viewing to getting my keys. Communication was key to me in this process and the immediate feedback I got from every enquiry was really impressive. Truepenny is actually the best in this gameπ. Thumbs up guysππΌ

GoogleI must say I am very impressed with services provided by Hannah Strobel! We were able to view two properties down the road from each other and I settled for one of them there and then. Hayden and the team was very supportive throughout the process from searching a suitable tenant to getting the background checks and deposit as well as adapting to my circumstances. GoogleI sold my flat during lockdown which lengthened the whole process. In addition I had 3 buyers pull out so the flat was re-marketed 3 times! I can honestly say that Connor Brewer was a rock throughout the whole process which lasted a year, enabling me to keep my sanity. Connor is always very positive, professional and has been a pleasure to know. He always returns my calls and emails promptly and has been most efficient and reassuring throught.
