GoogleWe recently had a security issue when a shared gate lock broke. Sam El Jani was polite, calm and understanding when I called the office and she sent someone to resolve the issue and fix the lock the next day. We feel safe again and are very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

GoogleJamie was superbly helpful, friendly and approachable, and really supported me through the process to secure a new flat to let. I could rely on him to keep me updated regularly, call me when he said he would, and he even let me know where things were up to if he didn't have solid news for me yet, helping me to manage my expectations. He provided a brilliant level of customer service that is simply rare to find! I'm sure his clear, transparent communication would be a very welcome help to everyone, as moving is always a stressful and complicated process. Personally, I'm neurodivergent and I massively rely on good clear information to navigate what's going on, so his personable approach helped me probably more than he realised! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some communications with Truepenny's once things were out of Jamie's hands were harder to navigate. But all in all, everyone I spoke to was friendly, it all got sorted in time, and I'm now enjoying my lovely new home :)

GoogleTrupenny was recommended to me by another friend to let out my property, which was successfully let out in April. Sam El Jani has been my key property manager right from the beginning. The whole process has been extremely positive right from the beginning. For me, the most important of all is the continuous communication AFTER the property been let. With Sam, that is exactly the case. She has been updating me for any issue or queries with the tenants. Everything appear to be resolved within a good timeframe, and I did not receive much complaints from my tenants either. It is an all-round very positive experience from Trupenny. I would also highly recommend Sam as well.

GoogleVery refreshing experience. As an ex property manager and a tenant, renting for over 5 years in London and the UK, I've seen and heard of every horror imaginable in the letting industry. Truepennys has exceeded my expectations at each and every step of the tenancy. They not only accommodated every single request I had, but also tried to help us move out earlier. There were no shady attempts on our deposit at the checking out stage and it was refunded in full. Communication was fantastic at every stage. Sometimes not immediate, but it's a busy environment and being a property manager myself I clearly understand what causes the delays. If I have a need to rent again and Truepennys will be in the area, this will be my agent of choice. Their employee actions show that the management / directorship also have morals and the standards are set at a very high level. I can only compliment Ryan the owner, and the agents, for their professionalism and promptitude in dealing with my questions and enquiries and in a sense, explaining things to me that I had no idea of or, didn’t know how to go about. I’ve come across a variety of individuals working and representing Truepenny’s who have always made me feel at ease and offered a seamless experience. It has been a great experience throughout and overall even when my own expectations may have been slightly above standard and rather demanding. Sad to say goodbye to all at TruePenny’s and wishing you all, all the best.

Even though we did not put an offer on the flat that he showed us, he drove us down to explore the East Dulwich neighborhood after the viewing on a hunch that we would like the area. We ended up falling in love with it! GoogleWe used Trupennys for sale of our flat and although the sale has subsequently fallen through (through no fault of agent) we have found Trupennys to be a very good agent. They are very responsive, transparent, good value, fair and reasonable in their contract and pricing, they understand local market, their photos and adverts were of a high quality, they pitched the pricing well (we had two offers in quick succession through them). Their post sale team were very knowledgeable and worked hard in timely manner to queries raised.
