GoogleDefinitely the most helpful estate agents I have ever deal with my first point of contact was Hannah Strobel who was super nice and gave very good advice !! Buying a new property can be very stressful. But I have to say Hannah and her team have been super helpful ! Have no problem awarding 5 stars !! And would highly recommend!!

GoogleFrom the very beginning these guys had full control of every important detail of selling my property, great advice, amazing advert, my property looked as its best. I was delighted when I read the draft of the description of the property. Super pro photos and 3D tour. On the top of everything, these guys in the Charlton branch were very helpful and cool. 100% recommended

Happy with the quick replies throughout the sale process, although there was quite bit miscommunication here and there, especially when it came to exchanging and completing. GoogleI would caution against going with TruePenny’s. We experienced poor service from start to finish, a lack of compassion and very slow action. We moved in with several faults; broken chairs, fridge did not hold temperature, temperamental oven, unhinged toilet. The blinds snapped off the main living room and was not fixed for our entire tenancy. Despite multiple correspondence on the fridge, this was not escalated and I spent lots of additional money as produce went off - no one cared. All in all, avoid! There were no rent reductions in spite of the numerous issues. Really awful and not the level of service you would expect for the rent.

Google31 Dec had an electrical fault in the fuse box which meant no boiler, fridge or freezer in use. Contacted Truepenny's on Saturday morning and Ana A went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Arranged an electrician to come out New Years eve and everything was sorted.
