GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny’s. Million thanks to Valencia Josephs who did a great job. She was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. She is also knowledgeable about the area and she shared with me some of her thoughts and opinions which I appreciated a lot.
The process and handover went smoothly. Thanks to Valencia - she truly is an asset to the team. If ever I’d rent again, or buy a property in the area, I’ll go to Truepenny’s first, look for her and enquire. Every time I have concerns or queries, she helps me without hesitation.
I remember an agent from a different letting agency in Petts Wood as I was expanding my flat hunt and our experience was unpleasant. Firstly, the agent broke the house key as he tried to open the door of the property, hence had to cancel the appointment and asked us to reschedule which was annoying as I was so busy, only to find out that he took us to the wrong property (I went to the right property but was told initially that it wasn’t the right one). Secondly, he had this vibe that he was not enjoying his job. He didn’t even care to show us around. We showed ourselves around the flat instead. Even if we liked one of the properties he showed us, we decided not to make an offer because we felt that he didn’t deserve to get some credit as we didnt feel valued as his client.
Luckily, I did not experience the above with Valencia/Truepenny’s. Also, when we visited their office to submit our proof of ID/passports, everyone there was so nice and accommodating.
As for Mariem, our property manager, every time I have queries, she attends to them promptly.
I feel great about them so far. I know that I can trust them and that they will do everything to assist me because they value me.
Thank you Truepennys Greenwich. Keep up the good work. I hope you continue to help prospective tenants or home owners to find their new home.

GoogleHad a wonderful viewing with Sarah in Greenwich, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the flat that she was showing us around. She also gave us some excellent tips for the nearby area and was just an absolute pleasure to chat to. We asked to see the gym and she went above and beyond to get us to the right place for a look inside. Highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleA big thank you to the Truepenny’s team in Greenwich, who helped us secure and settle into our rented apartment a couple of weeks ago. Special mention to Ana, who dealt with all of the admin efficiently, answered our questions promptly and who resolved a maintenance issue speedily. Thanks also to Valencia, for introducing us to the property and to Chloe, who initiated the letting process. Great service all round.

GoogleI really recommend Truepenny Estate agent if you are looking to rent. Mariem Ben Khaled is one of their best agent. I almost moved out of the apartment but since she took over the management of my apartment, it has been smooth sailing. She is very professional, quick to resolve any issues raised or ensure contractors carry out repairs speedily. She is definitely the best. Kudos Truepenny, you've got a good one there!

GoogleI was actively looking for a three bedrooms in late last year to January when I came across Truepenny's Estate Agent, Greenwich in mid January 2023 on Zoopla. I called and Valencia picked up and told me someone is already undergoing referencing for the same property, however, she will reach out to me if anything changes. Trust me, I didn't believe her.
Few days later, she actually did got back to me and my renting process began. Since that very day till date, the team has been really supportive, they carry you along with every stage of the process, and are willing to assist where needed. I didn't know renting could be this fun until I came across Truepennys.
Thank you Valencia, you're such a sweet soul. Mariem, I cannot appreciate you enough for all the support and understanding. Mike, you are awesome.
I will always recommend this team 100%.
Thank you Team Truepenny!!!!

GoogleThey have been truly amazing! So helpful and patient in every aspect! I have had issues with previous letting agencies and was a bit worried about how it would be with Truepenny's but they have succeeded our expectations. From our first contact with them and the actual move-in was less than 1.5 weeks!
I would recommend them to anyone!
Thank you so much Chloe and Marien for the incredible service!

GoogleI've had several interactions with Sarah Gillett recently. I've found her to be very proactive and takes the time to listen to what we're looking for, without being pushy. I also appreciate that she provides a balanced view of what's going on in the market. In these changing times, it's important to find estate agents who you can trust and Sarah has certainly gone a long way to demonstrating that Truepenny's stands out in this respect.

GoogleI have been renting the property from Trupenny's Charlton for over 6 years now. Apart from brilliant Landlord, the Agency was very responsive, professional and friendly when managing the property. I could recommend this agency to any future tenants and landlords. Georgia-lea needs an extra complement as she was always very patient and understanding with any of my queries and responded fast. I hope my next Landlord and estate agent will be as good as Trupenny's. Thank you!
