GoogleFALSEPENNY. Dont fall for the trap and waste your time. After being waited to move into the new property i booked we been told current tenant is not leaving. Beaware and dont pay them before you get the keys.

Dear Omkesh, I am truly sorry that you have suffered such bad luck with this property! Having spoken with the lettings team, my understanding is that the tenant who had originally served notice, changed their mind about leaving. These situations are rare, however do happen and there is very little that we can do. I understand that you were offered alternative accommodation and the holding deposit was returned to you without delay. Considering this, burdening us with a 1 star review is a bit unfair and I ask that you reconsider the negative review. Should you wish to discuss the matter with me directly, please feel free to call me on 020 8858 9595 Kind regards, Ryan Vella Director

GoogleWalked into Truepenn'ys for some information about letting out my property, Mariam was professional and courteous. She offered lots of information that was practical, much of which I was not aware of. No sales pressure like other agents. Such a refreshing change.

GoogleWe have been a tenant in Blackheath handled by Truepenny's and dealt mainly with Mariem. She has always been a pleasure to work with. Polite, helpful and always ready to assist in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have had my property let by Truepenny's Estate Agent. Whilst not all staff have come up to the expected standard I have found all communication with Ana Apostu to be professional, helpful, prompt and responsive. I would like to thank her for the service provided todate. Margaret

GoogleIt was our first time moving into a private flat in London which was quite scary but everyone at Truepennys was really, honest, friendly and helpful and made our search much less stressful. Valencia was particularly lovely and helpful with our viewing.

GoogleGreat service! I announced the end of my lease on a Sunday night and had already 5 short visits planned on the Wednesday, that were done successively in less than an hour! Many thanks Sarah!

GoogleI recently dealt with Ana, Property Manager, at Truepenny's Greenwich, regarding a change to my tenancy agreement. I found her extremely professional and helpful, going above and beyond to help resolve the situation. I'd highly recommend this agency!

GoogleI have moved to London, had a very difficult time finding residency as housing market is overheated. Eventually, I found a property, decided to move forward. Process was complex for foreigners. Yet, this location of Truepenny's managed to secure the deal and to close it. Meriem and all of its members were genuinely helpful; they really try to help you out. At the end of the day, they were one of the nicest people I met in Britain. Trust me, go here, you won't regret it.

GoogleWe’ve rented through Truepenny’s and they were really wonderful, on the case for every query we had. We mostly dealt with Ana for the last part of our tenancy and she was great. Highly recommend her!

GoogleMy husband and I would just like to give a shout out to Ana Apostu! Through the past year or so that she's been our Property Manager, she's been just amazing - so professional, resourceful, efficient, prompt and, yes, kind in attending to our queries or any business related to our property. What an amazing work ethic! We can't express our appreciation enough. Many thanks for the 5-star service and support, Ana!

GoogleI am a landlord and have used Trupennys Greenwich to manage a property in Essex. I have always found Ana to be most professional in our dealings, she certainly understands the position of the landlord and gives me the confidence that any issue raised by either side will be dealt with without fuss or stress. She really is first rate. Thanks.

GoogleWe have been living in our flat in Greenwich for two years now and have found Truepenny's really easy and lovely to work with should we need any assistance. Mariem in the Greenwich office has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. Would recommend the company to anyone.

GoogleI had a great experience with Truepenny's, and with Valencia in particular. I rented my first flat in UK flat with them and Valencia was superhelpful with covering all my questions during the process. (I believe that part of them was silly due to my unexperience). I would definetelly recommend Truepenny's for anyone who is looking for the property.

GoogleI am the landlord of an apartment managed by Truepenny's. I am very happy with the service they provide. Mariam, the property manager has been very proactive in settling any issues I have and is very thorough and professional. Keep up the good work Truepenny's!

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Trupenny’s over the last 4 years with renting our flat. With property management and any needed maintenance, Ana and James have been great and very responsive. We’re moving out soon and Sarah came to remarket the flat and was also fab. All was done very efficiently and in one afternoon which minimised disruption on our end.

GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny's agency in Greenwich. Ana has been absolutely fantastic: she is a very professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and a friendly person. Renting or buying is a very stressful thing and this is the best place to be. An outstanding service from beginning to end.
