GoogleMario and his team were amazing, helpful, efficient, clean and organised. They went above and beyond and treated this house like it were their own. I don’t have the words to express how highly I recommend both Mario and his amazing team. If I were rating them out of 5 stars I would give them 6.

GoogleTruepenny have consistently been an organised, well run estate agency for the many years I've been using them and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Ryan, Sarah-Jane and the rest of the team, big thumbs up! Thank you. 5-star.

GoogleChloe and the team at Truepenny's were incredibly helpful all through the process of arranging viewings to securing my rental contract. This was the case despite a few unseen challenges outside of their control - they communicated everything to me in a fast and effective manner and even rang to check up after my first few days in the property.

GoogleTruepennys in Dulwich are brilliant to deal with and would recommend time and and time again. Olivia Whalley in particular is stellar; diligent across the board and an absolute delight to work with!

GoogleExcellent! The team dealt with both our sale and purchase. They got the balance just right between understanding the market price and the property value. Very impressed!

GoogleBeing a leaseholder of a rented flat it is imperative that one has the reliable and professional trusted service of ones agent. Sam El Jani has and continues to provide an excellent service for which I am extremely grateful.

GoogleExcellent experience with Truepenny's Estate agents. Sam El Jani is my agent and she has consistently been communicative, consistent, gives great advice and goes above and beyond in ensuring she is acting in my best interests. A pleasure to work with.

GoogleVery helpful and expert staff here. They helped me sell my property during the most challenging market turmoil since the 80s. And at the lowest fee out of 5 agents I spoke to originally. I didn't choose Truepennys on the low fee alone, but more on their enthusiasm and trustworthiness. I'm satisfied I made the right choice. Marketing commenced in the last week of June 22 and the sale completed 21 Oct 22.

GoogleSuperb, professional, yet very approachable service! A real gem amongst London estate agents (if you know you know). It was a lovely experience dealing with Olivia. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful every step of the process of renting the flat. Highly recommended!

GoogleBeen a pleasure working with Kyley at Truepenny’s as a buyer. Clearly very experienced in area, always attentive and responsive and very much understood my needs as a buyer pairing me up with some great places!

GoogleI was so impressed with Truepennys who have recently sold my house in East Dulwich. They were quick to come round and value my house. They immediately thought of someone who they knew would love my house and the next day Alex came round to view the property ahead of time. He was very enthusiastic about our house and most definitely shared this with the perspective buyers. We got an asking-price offer within hours and didn't have to go on the market. They still followed up with photos and floorplans but we couldn't have been more delighted with the speed and professionalism everyone showed. Once the offer was accepted Wallace was in charge of all the admin to get the deal done. He was always available to check how the chain was going and made a huge difference in getting the completion date we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Truepennys if you are thinking of selling your house.

GoogleCustomer service and Passion! Connor his team were amazing; I was torn between Truepennys and another agent in SE22, I am so glad I chose them. You really can tell them apart from your typical money-focused estate agents! Connor Wallace Jamie and Alex! Thank you everyone for selling my house with compassion and achieving over asking price!

GoogleWe have been providing photos and floor plans service for Truepenny's Dulwich (and Brockley) branches for over a year now and they have been absolutely brilliant. The team is a pleasure to work with and always friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!

GoogleReally appreciated working with Connor. We had a couple of hiccups at the start but we were able to resolve these with Connor in a professional manner. In addition, Truepennnys sold our house quickly in a tough market. I felt they had level of competence not often found in this area.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Truepenny's. They greatly helped us out at short notice. We were up against a deadline to sell and had started the process with another agent who unfortunately appeared to have unforgivable shortcomings. The Truepenny's team, on the other hand, were consistently professional, competent, effective and pleasant. The process wasn't without its challenges, as a first buyer pulled out due to funding issues. In the end though, we sold our house, over the asking price, in a challenging market. From accepting the second offer, to completion, was just over 6 weeks. All much appreciated and recommended.
