GoogleTower Estates have managed all of my properties since 2013. For me, voids are virtually unheard of. Any repairs or maintenance issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with, using known and proven tradespeople, landlords being charged the actual cost i.e. no agency additions as they deem their charges to include any associated administration costs. From a tenant’s perspective, their efforts know almost no bounds and frequently go way beyond their contractual responsibilities. Your welfare is a real concern to all members of the team. I suspect this is due to them being a family concern rather than just a branch of a more widespread organisation. Be you a landlord or tenant you will both be treated in equal measure with honesty, integrity and a full understanding of each party’s responsibilities and obligations. In my experience, the best letting agency in Scarborough. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleI'm moving back to Scarborough from Skipton, I saw a property advertised with Tower Estate Agents, and from the first phone call explaining my situation they have given me 100% customer service especially Tom. They have kept in touch with me every step of the way, and if I've rung them I got 5 star treatment. So if you want honest, reliable, friendly and sincere service look no further than these guys, I would fully recommend them.

GoogleHad gone into the shop for some advice on selling my property , even though they knew that I was not giving them any business , they where extremely helpful and had given me some great ideas . Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

GoogleI have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.

GoogleHaving spoke to them on several occasions each problem been hearsay i find it very unsettling that they can serve notice but having took advice actually they will find if it goes to court its inadmissable evidence ..absolute would not recomnend this company feel my son is been harrassed and bullied by other long term tenants .

As a reputable company we make sure all our notices are served correctly and lawfully before service. Here at Tower Estates we continuously work with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure that everyone lives in a safe and comfortable environment. In this instance we have received repeated complaints from good long standing tenants in the same block who respect are aims as a company, and have a responsibility to act upon them. We have listened to all sides and decided the best course of action in this instance is to serve notice. We cannot ignore a situation where a large block of flats are disturbed by just one, and must act accordingly.

GoogleFrom the beginning to the end of my tenancy, I have been treated with utmost courtesy by everyone at Tower Estates. All queries and issues with the property have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, even under difficult circumstances. I have rented properties from other estate agents in Scarborough, but have never been treated with respect before, which I believe should be mutual. I almost felt part of the Tower Estates family and will highly recommend this business to other prospective tenants. Plus I received my bond monies the next day!

GoogleFor me the Tower Estates are incompetent. They did me a poor job, and they did not give me back my money, of 575 pounds by a studio that is not given to me.

Hi Jorge, I am sorry you felt this way about your experience with us. Unfortunately, the reason for the non-refund of your deposit was because you did not pass referencing. This was due to a lack of information required to complete referencing; as well as the information supplied by you not passing the required thresholds. Once you sign the holding deposit document, if you fail to clear referencing, you lose the deposit. This is clearly stated in the contract. We only put forward candidates for referencing which we are confident will pass based on the information they provide to us. If you did not understand or have trouble with the paperwork involved in gaining a tenancy, please let us know so we can make appropriate arrangements going forward. If you need help or some advice on what the factors were that meant you did not pass referencing, please feel free to call the office and I will be happy to deal with your situation personally.
