GoogleBefore finding Tower Estates, we always dreaded the process of dealing with estate agents who seem to care more about landlords and treat tenants as untrustworthy from the outset. This DOES NOT apply to Tower Estates, who are BY FAR the best estate agents we've interacted with, and were a major draw in us viewing their portfolio of properties. They are very transparent on their website, have no hidden/extra fees, and their language and actions are always respectful, fair and helpful. They were flexible in sending the contract ahead of time with clear instructions to ease our moving logistics, and even left a lovely welcome box when we moved in. We're very grateful to have them as our agents, and wish more would follow their example.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a small Landlord I have been with Tower Estates for many years. They have always been friendly, efficient and with a good knowledge of the Scarborough lettings market. My properties have rarely been left empty for long if tenants move which is a rare occasion as my tenants are very happy with their service and they tend to stay . All necessary repairs and maintenance are dealt with promptly and I would highly recommend Tower to both landlords and prospective tenants.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMy portfolio used to be spread accross three agents but I have recently entrusted Tower Estates to manage all of my properties. I have always been pleased with their clear communication, prompt payment and proactivity in which they manage and maintain my assets. I have had trouble with other agents in the past but Tower Estates really have taken away the stress that comes with being a landlord. I am really happy with the service I receive and would highly recommend.
