GoogleThe quality of estate agents in the UK is shocking and this place is no exception. Telling porkies from day one. Fortunately their short term memory is shocking, so it is easily spotted. The portfolio appears to be overpriced by 10-20%, so be careful you donβt buy a millstone for your neck. Get a good survey and a good solicitor. Approach with caution.
Hello Josh Wilson, we have checked our records and can't find any viewings/sales/letting with you in Scarborough. We thrive to push forward an honest, fair approach to all customers in all sectors. We always inform all buyers to get a survey on properties and we also provide a range of local solicitors to use per sale. We do not think this review was meant for our company and would appreciate your review removing. If you would like discuss further please contact our office on 01723 354 354.

GoogleCurrently renting with Tower Estates and I couldnβt be happier with the property they have given me. They made the whole move in procedure so easy and simple for me which helped a lot! You can tell they care a lot more about their relationships with tenants than other agents I have dealt with before. So so helpful and couldnβt recommend them enough! π
Thank you for your review Amy and we hope you enjoy your stay in your new home

GoogleI contacted Tower Estates about viewing a few properties, they were very polite, professional. They contacted me very quickly and showed me 2 properties. The second property was just what I needed, the process was made very easy by Amy and Dan, communication was second to non. I was moved in the following week. If I ever needed to move again I would definitely use Tower Estates. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for your review Paul. I'm glad both Amy & Dan helped the process smooth and we were able to find the right property for you

GoogleMyself and my partner have just moved into our second home. Unlike the first time, this time we chose to go with Tower Estates and we could not be happier with our decision. In comparison to our previous choice of letting agency, the team at Tower Estates have exceeded in their communication with ourselves, efficiency and respect for us and our needs as tenants ensuring the property was more than welcoming for us. We would like to extend our thanks to the team for making this process so smooth which is paramount when you have enough stress doing the physical move already. A special thank you to Amy whose customer service has been outstanding throughout .
Thank you for your review Chlo. We thrive to stand out and show we are not just another agency. I'm glad Amy managed to help you get settled into your new home and we look forward to working with you over your new tenancy

GoogleI cannot recommend Tower highly enough! Lovely to deal with. Efficient and professional with both rental management and sales. Unlike some of the larger agents in Scarborough, they put effort into service and maintaining a working relationship as much as profit.
Thank you David. Its been a pleasure working with you for both your rentals and now your sales too

GoogleOver the last decade I have had dealings with a few agencies in Scarborough, Tower Estates live up to their name and Tower above their competition. Professional, friendly and very helpful.

GoogleFriendly staff with great communication, really helpful during the move in. Edit: Just having moved out from a tower estates property, must say me and my partner couldn't be happier with the service. Lovely staff, worked alongside us and were overall wonderful during our move out. Responsive staff always happy to help. Couldn't have asked for a better experience :)
