We bought our home through them and they guided us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making what was a stressful situation (not through no fault of themselves) go a lot smoother. Even though I sold my property through another estate agent, the sale wouldn’t have gone through without Adrian going the extra mile. We will be forever grateful. GoogleOur house had been on the market for around 7 months with another agency and hadn't really got much traction. We decided to list with Tim Russ as they have a very good reputation and I had seen other properties in the area listed with them. Our first appointment for photographing the property was with Nicky. We were very pleased with the outcome and she really took the time to ensure our house was presented in the best possible way. Gianna also joined Nicky as she would be doing the viewings. Gianna was very friendly and really took the time to get to know us and crucially, the property and community (private estate). After a number of viewings, our house was sold STC in a matter of weeks. The team always kept us informed throughout the whole process and it pleased us to hear that Gianna had proactively matched our property to our buyer. Once we accepted the offer Adrian assisted us with the rest of the sale. He was excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We couldn't have asked for a better team in helping us with the sale of our house. It was all wrapped up (from offer to completion) in just over 3 months. We also had opportunity to meet our buyer, which we really appreciated and he was lovely. Very positive experience overall. We would recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent.

GoogleWe’ve just moved last week and cannot thank Tim Russ Wendover enough for their incredible support throughout the process. We primarily dealt with Gianna and Adrian, and they were both outstanding from start to finish. Gianna is supportive, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with, she really made what can be a stressful journey feel so much easier. Adrian was the calm, professional presence we needed, always reassuring and efficient. Together, they helped us secure not only the sale of our property but also the house of our dreams. Their efficiency, communication, and professionalism are second to none, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. We’d happily use Tim Russ Wendover again in the future.
