GoogleEdit: Thomas Property group decided to seek me out to complain about my "1 star" review. They emailed my spouse, called me and basically, made a complete nuisance of themselves (expected) from of a Google review. Haven't you anything better to do? NB: I've rented through you previously and we have also made enquires when we were in the market for a new property. We found both times they were awful. How about not calling my partner for an explanation next time? I'm the one who commented on Google! Ps- your services when looking to purchase a property was below my expectations and your constant harassment when we went private (landlord also found them not acceptable, we had removed TP several months earlier) with rent payment arrers (threatening to add late payment fees) was utterly appalling.

GoogleAshley and the team at Thomas Property Group have been amazing from start to finish. Kept us updated and replied to emails promptly, which by our previous experiences with letting agents is first class. We weren't a straightforward application and were working to a short timeframe. Despite this, Ashley got everything completed for the agreed date to everyone's satisfaction. Thanks again for all your help.

I had to report TPG to The Property Redress Scheme following their refusal to pay me any of the month's rental paid by my former tenants to re- advertise the property having left it before the end of their tenancy. This, despite TPG having already agreed to charge me half their usual fee, which left me £930 out of pocket. I had only two viewings in a month, one of which I was asked to conduct myself; their photo's were both shocking and out of date, leaving me no option but to go to another agent, who charged less than half TPG's fees for a far superior service. The directors of TPG (Property Packages Ltd) are both ruthless, greedy and guilty of mal- practice. Thankfully, The Property Redress Scheme enabled me to recover my costs.

Avoid this Company at all Costs! I had to report TPG to the Property Redress Scheme after they were paid £1860 by my former tenants to re- market the property for leaving their tenancy early. Despite TPG having already agreed to charge me half this amount, they elected not to pay anything out of sheer greed and unprofessionalism. Their service was simply appalling, which left me no option but to employ another agent at less than half of TPG's charges for a far superior service. The Property Redress Scheme awarded me £930, which TPG finally paid, albeit reluctantly.

GoogleThanks to Thomas Property Group myself and my partner are about to move into our first ever home together! The entire journey has been made so smooth by themselves, every time I’ve had any worries about anything along the way and I’ve contacted them they’ve always either had an answer ready or already been one step ahead which was extremely relieving. They were very fast at replying to emails and when ringing the office it was always easy to get hold of somebody. Would definitely go with Thomas Property Group again in the future, overall been the best experience I could’ve asked for. Thank you!

GoogleI found the letting agents nothing but helpful and supportive. Whatever I wanted to know about my intended property they found out for me promptly. Viewing was arranged only a few days after enquiry and communication with the landlord facilitated very well. I was always kept informed on where I was up to when my referencing was being done. Ashley was particularly helpful and got back to me extremely quickly, she and the rest of the staff were always approachable and professional, giving excellent advice and ensuring the process ran smoothly and took hardly any time at all from enquiry to completions. I would highly recommend Thomas Property Group when looking to let in the Chester area.

Google2 bedroom house in Chester and this company is saying it’s for single person or couples? So basically because I have 2 kids they won’t bother with our application. This is what letting agencies are doing right now in the Chester area! We have been told no for every house because of pets (which the are not allow to blanket refuse pets) and now it’s the children they have problem with!

GoogleAwful experience, booked a viewing for a flat and was told 15 minutes before the tenant was stuck in traffic, understandable. The next day however I was rescheduled for the same day, took time to leave my place of work and was made to wait outside for 40 mins with no answer from their phones and no call back that they could not make the appointment. Did not even reply to my voicemail the following day, awful communication

GoogleI have been renting with Thomas Property Group for 4 years now and they've been consistently amazing. Always lovely and helpful and quick to respond to any queries or concerns. I rate them so much we chose to rent with them again when it came to moving house.

GoogleBrilliant service from the team at Thomas property group, got back to me straight away with all enquiries. Real big help with the moving in process as this was my first time, Phoebe has been brilliant with me too answering all questions quickly and being really reassuring with the process. Couldn’t recommend them anymore! Really kean to help you find a perfect home at a good price, not just sell one for a sale like most estate agents.

I had an excellent experience with the team, especially Sue Fearns, no question was too trivial and she dealt with every aspect of my purchase from my offer through to completion with an expert level of diplomacy and professionalism. I would rate the team, and Sue 5 stars and would have no hesitation recommending them to family/friends.
