FacebookSo.... My experience with Think actually startwd negative. aftee a friend had a bery positive experience they came highly reccomended. However, after arranging a valuation I was upset to find out that just a few weeks latwr the pricinh stricture had chanhed and I was to pay nearly double of what my friend did. However, they were still competativley priced and going from thw feedback I decided to go ahead. The team at Think were amazing and a special credit goes to Matt who worked tirelessly with all parties and constantly pushed with the solicitors (who have been less than usefull) it is solely because of Matt that our sale didnt fall through and he was the person to give us regular updates! definatly a 5 star service and in hindsight the price is an absolute steal!

GoogleThink has been brilliant throughout a very difficult and stressful sale. All the staff we’ve spoken to have been very helpful and friendly, but in particular Sharon has been very supportive. She has chased after 2 sets of solicitors to make the move happen and has been patient and kind when I’ve vented about a couple of issues - thank you!
Many thanks Sarah

GoogleI can't single out any particular individual at THINK Estate Agents as they all deserve praise and recognition. My wife and I found whole team to be extremely helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the business and very professional. We can honestly say that it has been a pleasure dealing with THINK when setting up a house for rental and sourcing a tenant. They stand out from the other estate agents we have encountered and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Grateful Thanks to Aidan and the Team from Ian & Zhao.

GoogleI can honestly say one of the best companies I have dealt with. Matthew was my appointed contact and he kept me up to date at all times with how the process was going. The team have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are a pleasure to speak with at anytime, including Saturdays. There were some real challenges with my house sale, they worked tirelessly on behalf of the buyer and myself to ensure that the sale went through on the agreed date and at the agreed price and terms. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to dealing with them again soon, as I look to secure my next property.

GoogleI have dealt with ‘Think’ for many years both as a landlord and more recently as a seller. They really do know their stuff & go above and beyond & nothing is too much trouble. I have had quite a few problems with my tenants and my problems have been dealt with by the Rental team in Haydock with great efficiency & professionalism. I dealt mainly with Jade who was fantastic. More recently I sold the property and the sales team were fantastic too. Sharon was amazing. It was sold very quickly & I was informed of progress every step of the way and queries were dealt with quickly & efficiently. I also have to mention Aidan & Jack who have also been fantastic over the years and they should be proud of their amazing team. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about property in that area. Well done Think !
Many thanks for the great review Sheila, much appreciated.

GoogleThink have been wonderful honestly, we spent SO long looking for a place to live, but Think made it so very simple, we got a place to live so quickly, every process was super easy, we were treated with the most respect, and it made renting a good experience over the stressful experience it can be in other places. Now we're in our lovely home, the communication between me and my partner with Think is very very good, open and quick. We correspond with Jade, who gets back to us incredibly fast, with great replies and fantastic results. She gives us all the information we ask for and need, takes requests from us, and has fixed any issues we have in less than 24 hrs of us asking. You're wonderful Jade, Thanks to you and the whole team @ Think, my partner and I are incredibly happy with our home! I would and have recommended many of my family and friends to use Think estate Agents. 1000/10 :) 5* service and team.
Many thanks Chloe, much appreciated.
