I chose this local estate agents because Sylvia made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away at the point of valuation.
Ruby was quickly in touch when I confirmed I wanted to sell my home with Property Hive, and I knew immediately she would look after me and the sale of my property. She has been efficient, communicative and so easy to deal with.
The marketing was very effective, the Virtual tour is a brilliant addition to the photos on the selling sites and I quickly had several viewings, that the team took off my hands so I didn’t need to worry about that either.

GoogleThe Property Hive have just acted as the agent selling my mum’s house. From start to completion they were friendly, helpful and professional. The house was listed quickly and presented well. We were kept updated by them throughout the process, which was invaluable as it took several months after an offer had been accepted. In the early stages Michelle kept us updated and over the course of the sale process a special mention to Chloe who requested regular feedback from both sets of solicitors, updated us at least every week, responded quickly to any questions we had and proved invaluable when we needed to chase up the solicitors. My Mum was delighted with them and we would recommend their services.

FacebookWe were dropped in it by our private landlord, asked us if we are staying, then gave us a new contract with changed terms and a 10.8% rent increase and then 1 weeks later came to tell us they were selling up and a 2 months notice. We decided to look in the Doncaster area as that’s where we both work, and found a few. I’ve used the property hive a couple yrs ago but that fell through, our choice.The property hive were great, got very quick viewing slot for rental on Whitmoore drive, Auckley, as numerous people wanted to view. Liz who does viewings was also friendly and approachable, allowing us to attend viewings to meet prospective tenants.
