Seems a personal service and bespoke to each individual and each property.
I have had previous experience of company’s coming to value the house, most stay for a few minutes and go away and Google ‘sold house prices’ in the area and give you a quote. Seems lazy.
Not the property hive. Sylvia stayed for 30 minutes, looked and discussed every room and really took an interest.
Couldn’t recommend enough. 👍

GoogleI decided to use The Property Hive because I had seen a house near by go up for sale and sell in a very short amount of time. They did not disappoint, from begining to end.
Sylvia came out to value my property, Sylvia was punctual, friendly, bubbly, profesional and knowledgeable and most of all on point with her valuation. A sum a little higher than the asking price was secured!
The following day Lucy came to my property to take photos and to complie the selling page for the website which was very well done.
Lucy again, was profesional, friendly, punctual and trustworthy.
As the sale progressed both Michelle and Chloe both kept me informed with what was progressing and liased with my solicitor, the buyers solicitor and mortgage lender respectively. On top of this Chloe somehow worked some magic and managed to 'save the day' for me and get the buyers mortgage lender to agree to stay on track for an agreed completion date rather than putting it off to a later date. Which wouldn't have worked well for me, so I was extreamley grateful to Chloe for this!
If I could have given these guys 6 stars I would have, I highly recommend using The Property Hive!

GoogleMy wife and I have recently decided to sell our house, but I've also experienced Property Hive as a buyer.
They are always friendly (but not in that false, overbearing way), professional and on-time to all appointments. Basically they know their stuff, set things out clearly for you and take a lot of the stress and hassle out of arranging viewings (both for you and with you). You just get the sense you could ask for advice and get valuable and accurate information and not a fob off/guess.
Sylvia in particular comes across as the ultimate professional and definitely someone you would want in your corner whether buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe recently sold and bought properties Hive. I was so pleased with the photographs and video of my house. It showed it off perfectly which subsequently generated a lot of interest in my property.
The Property Hive notified me quickly and efficiently of all the viewings and provided prompt feedback from potential buyers.
In the meantime we were sent links of available properties for sale and The Property Hive always provided all the information we needed.
I would particularly like to thank Michelle Nuttall for her expert negotiating skills with our vendor to get the deal we needed on a house we loved and are now living in.
In short The Property Hive are experts in their field, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone has a role and carries it out efficiently and to the highest standard. The Property Hive supported us through a stressful time moving house, I would not have been without them. I would highly recommend them. They found great tenants, made sure that work was carried out if needed, using their trusted tradespeople and kept us informed of any legal requirements as landlords. They’ve been on the ball with everything. Phone calls and emails are answered and acted on promptly. When we decided to sell the property they also took care of that too and today the property has been purchased by the tenants.
