We'd had our property listed with a couple of different agents before opting for the Property Hive, usually looking exclusively at the fees and picking the cheapest... always thinking that "all they do is list it on Rightmove, so what's the difference?!" As it turns out, there is a massive difference. The experience we've had with Hive has been great from the beginning and the way in which Louise has handled the sale has been exceptional from the very start. She has been amazing support, we really can’t compliment her enough! The way in which the property is listed is beyond anything we'd seen before; the photographs were well thought through and well taken, the brochure produced was really well done and the virtual tour of the property that Hive include is a really clever, useful feature. The result of all of these things together is that we had viewings from from people who were genuinely interested and exited to see the property, rather than the people who are just seeing houses in your area that you normally get with most other agents. I'd like to give a special mention to Louise at Hive at this point. Louise has gone above and beyond what we would have expected, her communication throughout has been perfect, the feedback from viewings was detailed and provided quickly and when we did find a buyer, Louise worked on a Saturday night and throughout the morning on Sunday, negotiating on our behalf to get the sale over the line, for the full asking price. It may sound like a cliche, but you really do get what you pay for when it comes to property agents. Been really impressed with my dealings with The Property Hive so far as a first time buyer. The team have taken a lot of the anticipated stress out of buying my first home - I can only hope it continues like this! All the staff I have spoken to so far have been very helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions. Have recently dealt with larger and more well known companies who have messed me around with viewings or haven't kept me informed so this was a refreshing change. The process towards arranging a viewing and putting in an offer has been smooth and quick. Liz was professional and friendly (despite explaining she was new to the job) when arranging the viewing. Arthur was patient and helpful when showing us round the property, answering any questions, and confirming any answers he didn't know with the owner. Despite the short appointment times due to covid restrictions, we were at no point rushed through the viewing, even though Arthur had several appointments that day. Sylvia made the process of making an offer easy, quickly and efficiently negotiating with the owner and coming back to me immediately. She was also able to answer my questions about the process and made me feel more at ease over such a big decision. Their online 3D viewing available on their properties is brilliant too - I wish all agents provided this, as you can get a real feel for the property prior to viewing in your own time. My initial encounter with the Property Hive was by luck due to a house I was looking to purchase and I was really impressed to see it from the opposite side and made me think about how they would market and position my own property for sale. Upon initially meeting Sylvia I was impressed how professional and how they positioned the detail including the 3D walk around footage. I also found Louise very efficient who helped my once my property was placed on the market and kept in contact during the whole process which was reassuring. Very easy to deal with from start to finish and very understanding to my own requirements which was a real bonus. I’m currently in the process of selling and purchasing a property with hive and due to my personal circumstances this has been a very emotional time for myself. I cannot thank the staff at Hive enough, especially Michelle nuttall and Chloe frost who are dealing with my purchase. They have been outstanding. The communication is excellent and they are very professional. I haven’t felt/ or had the need to chase them or ask questions. As they have covered everything needed and contacted me on a regular basis. Originally my house had been undervalued by my mortgage lender - which meant I would have been in a very difficult situation (and potential sale fallen through) if the seller would not have negotiated the price. Michelle spoke to the sellers and got back to me the same day to which we agreed a price. Meaning the house purchase could continue and I am one happy customer! Thanks again.

Can not fault this estate agents at all i recommended them above anyone else! We had our house valued within 2 days the property was on the market within an hour of our property being on the market it had viewings booked!
