She kept update every process for me , chasing my solicitor, and even reply my message at night time or weekend . She is so professional, responsible, patient. I don't think I can move in my new home on the completion day without Chloe . Thank you so much.

Although I have not yet bought one with The Property Hive, I was satisfied with the service Louise provided during this initial part. She was lovely, helpful and gave me better view to the area (since I will be new to the location).

GoogleI have used The Property Hive several times over the last few years and would highly recommend them! The fact that I have used them multiple times speaks for its self. They are quick and efficient but unlike some other companies that doesn't affect how kind and patient the staff are. I would highly recommend Sylvia - she is so friendly and gets the job done everytime. I really can't recommend them enough!

GoogleVery professional service. A thorough inspection of my property and a very quick valuation given. I was expecting pushy sales pitch to get my business but far from it. The valuer came, did her job and went. Left contact details.. no pressure at all. Very friendly and needless to say will use. Now if only solicitors were this good!!

Special thanks to Sylvia for doing the valuation and getting the ball rolling and a massive Thankyou to Louise for the constant updates emails and phone calls keeping us upto date in everything nothing is to much trouble, and a huge Thankyou to Chloe who has kept us up to date on a weekly basis with progress in our buyer and his solicitors. GoogleWe have recently started using to The Property Hive to manage our first rental property. Steph who came out to speak to us was very friendly and knowledgable. Liz who does viewings was also friendly and approachable, allowing us to attend viewings to meet prospective tenants. After the first tenants pulled out, Steph and Liz arranged another round of viewings quickly and we secured a new tenancy. Our first tenants have since moved in and everything is going well, Steph has kept us updated and arranged everything, very happy with the service we have received so far.
