GoogleAbove are all Fake Review. Should take care with this agent bought side salers and buyers ! And they give fake information for saler and buyers don’t waste your time and money.

GoogleI applied for a house which was on let, which i was then refused without an explanation. When I asked what the reason may be regarding my application so I can sort it out for future reference all I was asked was "have I been living in the UK all my life?" Being born and bred British and never have been asked that question in my life I was quite taken back. I was not given any other information even though they said they would give me a call back after speaking to landlord and all I can take from it was the fact my husband was on a spousal visa and they assumed he was not allowed to work in the country. I have never been discriminated like that in my entire life being 9 months pregnant I am quite hurt that due to not being british a house can be refused without looking at the fact if the person can afford the house or not. Never using Sugdens again! The house was then reduced after our refusal and still on the market at a lower price!

Regarding the property in question, we had more than one application and on occasions such as this we take instruction from the landlord who had decided to accept another applicant. We are obliged by law to ascertain whether an applicant has the Right To Rent in the UK. We apologise if the line of questioning regarding this criteria offended you in any way, however, we do not discriminate against clients based on their nationality. The tenant that was initially accepted subsequently withdrew their application due to their own personal circumstances. I apologise for any misunderstanding regarding your application and invite you to contact myself should you wish to discuss this further. Director, Mark Sugden.“

GoogleSugdens recently sold my late Mothers house on my behalf and were extremely considerate and helpful. Not only because it was a stressful time, but also as i am very mobility disabled. Their attention to detail and professionalism were second to none, and i shall be using them again now, to sell our house

GoogleI bought my house through sugdens last year and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and ease of the sale I thought it was only fair to leave them a review . As a first time buyer I’d heard the process was stressful and tiring but with constant progress updates and knowledgeable guidance from the team (especially Amelia) it couldn’t of been easier. GoogleFrom McField Residential - this estate agent was involved in one of our property sales chains. Communication throughout was very good from Maxine, there were some issues at the bottom of the chain which this agent proactively progressed through to exchange of contracts. GoogleHouse was up for sale for 7 months and only 2 viewings. I had to contact their office to suggest ways of marketing. Communication from them was very poor. When I gave them notice that I was changing Estate Agents I was told there had been interest in my property and the Branch Manager would ring me, I never received the call. Very disappointing.
